Hello! I'm John, one of the members on this website. Here are some suggestions:

There is cut-offs in the first portal link. Try to use tile No.3-10 and No.15-16 to fill the corners.
It's not recommended to put a sign on a rotating block. We can't read the sign when the block is rotating.
This level is made of platforms. Why not put some enemies and coins in your level? Also, I'd like to see some vegetation in this level.

When I was playing, I found some advantages in this level.

The water and the interactive blocks prevent Mario from dying when Mario falls down.
All the sling stars are used well (Position, speed and degree)

For this is your first level, I give you 3 stars. Work hard on gameplaying and other players wil enjoy your levels.
