This is amazing! But I have a problem, LL:NS is not working, it only appears a black screen.

That's a common problem, and I have no idea why it happens. Just don't open that sign for now

There is nothing to do other than read 5 signs which all say "If your bored, please tell Jynji"

OFC, We're gonna get bored, if this is all we have. As a moderator, make better levels, where you can actually do something, next time please

That would mean the mods aren't loading for you for some reason. This level's purpose was to act as a hub for the 6th 25quared LDC when that was still relevant, and it uses SWF mods to load the LDC entries via signs.
You'll probably have to ask Jynji as to why the mods didn't work, as far as I know they don't work on some versions of the game.

I say it wouldn't be fair to give this a "rating" like any other level because it's less an actual level and more a hub, and even if the mods worked, Jynji didn't make the actual levels in it.
