The sandy cliffs are your opponents. You must traverse many different obstacles to escape the crumbling mountains and reach the end portal.
Some parts may not make a lot of sense (i.e: Where are those pieces of castle falling from?) but I didn't bother making it make a lot of sense. Just have fun, it's all that matters.

The amount of delta has been reduced to 1 instead of 2 - this is to avoid infinite delta jumps.

If there's one thing that bugs me about this level, it's the lack of platforming in this level, the hardest being basic platforming. Even then, there's no need to since you constantly have access to your delta powers (the exception being the spirits), which allowed me to skip many parts of the level. It doesn't help that all you seemed to do was put some enemies here and there, which did not add anything to the level, and even if you happened to get hurt, there would be hearts nearby. There were no transitions between the cave and desert tiles at all, so it was really jarring to be walking through sand and then suddenly on a piece of a cave floor. If I were to suggest anything to make this fun and/or engaging, I would say increase the platforming difficulty, and also limit where you can use delta powers. It could also help to limit the player to one delta block, but that's not going to make too much of a difference if you keep the delta powers global.

Well thanks for the feedback, but I do have a few things to say.
a) This is part of a series, and it's the first part which isn't actually meant to be difficult or complex at all. Besides, the area is meant to be ruins, so that's why enemies are just scattered a bit and not much else.
b) This is my first time EVER using LL.
c) I don't actually see where delta can be manipulated to skip portions of the level. Can you give me any examples?

For the most part, I agree with CY but I think there's a fair enough bit of platforming for this to stand on it's own - I think it's too easy though. I didn't even have to use the Delta for the most part (excluding where it was required). I think the most important thing here is the castle movement though - it's really smooth and looks like it's actually falling down. The rotation on other castle pieces is well done and it really gives off a fallen castle vibe. 3/5 because it was too easy and it was rather bland when it comes to scenery.

The way you can exploit Delta is that you can use your delta powers in mid-air. Because of this, you can't jump up, place a Delta block under you, jump off of that, place another Delta block under you after removing the previous one, and so on (this works vertically and horizontally), which is why free-ranged Delta powers can be game-breaking.

Building on ChaosYoshi's example, you can also use Delta to very easily circumnavigate the area where you are supposed to avoid obstacles while on a moving platform (I believe it was in the darkened cave). Since entering Delta mode slows down time, you can simply tunnel through the obstacles, thereby avoiding any of the intended platforming.

The idea in the darkened cave was to work your way through the sand using Delta, but not having as much time to react due to the darkness.

But it never occurred to me that you could Delta jump like that. I've fixed that in the second part of the level series - hopefully that will fix the problem.
