Oh yeah this reminds me..
I've been thinking over how this topic might be run in the future. I'm still deciding on something, like, getting a level mod to help me out, or making this completely community run. There are disadvantages and advantages of both, or I might just keep it like it is now. After all MoD, kinda made this topic mine, and hopefully my opinions will be valued instead of ignored. :3

Well, I honestly feel that these topics were created by one particular user (MoD), and not an entire staff team. As such, I feel that this topic shouldn't be completely run by mods. Yes, users with level designing talents usually become level mods or other staff positions, but that doesn't mean that regular users shouldn't be given a chance in this. Hell, look at SML. It was partially run by regular users (well, it's not now, but it was) and it turned out fairly well. So, users can indeed run a topic or program in my eyes.

Yeah, I agree with SuYo there. I am feeling this sounds a bit...eh....good for personal reasons though :p
But in all honesty, lemmons can edit the post. That makes things easier. But still, give normal members are chance.

Well, damn. I officially hate family divorce much more now. I really need to get back up there on the tier list.
Edit: I noticed some places in the minitiers do not have rooks... is that intentional?

Anyways, EDITS TO THE TIER LIST ARE AS FOLLOWS:

- BY moves up to 11th and Nwolf down to 12th.
- Slight description changes are made to Lordpat's description by request.
- Mega moves up from potentials to 29th and replaces W_M who then drops out of the tier completely.
- Kaboom comes out of nowhere and replaces Cryo at 30th.
- SuYo takes Mega's place in the potential chart crashers list.
