Either it's an excuse for a crappy level or something else.
Lots of people have younger siblings who make levels on their older brother/sister's account.
Then they show their older brother/sister their level, and the older brother/sister will submit that level and say, "Hey guys. My little brother/sister made this so please rate this a 5/5!"
The level(s) their older brother/sister made is either terrible or (if lucky) very good.
I think they make the level without testing.
For those of you who have a younger sibling, including me because I have one, too, I'm not making fun of you or your siblings. I'm just making a point.

You've to understand they're little kids. But they need to learn something from their Sibling, it is not really an offense. But spamming will not be allowed.

If a level is truly good or bad, one vote will not affect it entirely. Because look at it this way. If a level gets a 5-star, then people may go check it out because they think it might be good. But then, when they play it, it won't be, then they'll rate it appropriately.
Unbalanced rating has always been, of course, a problem, but that's why you guys should take star ratings as a very vague reference level as to how the level actually is.

I know. One 0/5 isn't gonna ruin your life. You can still have a score of 4/5.
