If you've ever played one of of the levels of some of the users listed, you'd know why. Don't criticize anything until you know everything about it.

By the way, I don't classify hotel levels and levels with no plot as actual levels.

And once, this person copied 100% of my Danger Prymaid Part 2 and I warned him to delete it or i would report him but he didn't listen and I reported him, it's like he ignored everything I said to him.

Well I know one thing. I'm moving down to the 300th tier.

I can't believe you ever had the guts to put me in the 3rd tier. I suck.

Hmm. I'm improving when it comes to making levels. I'm might get a chance to get on the 3rd tier. I have to work my hardest in order to get there.

I believe I'm in the 4th tier. I hope MoD has seen some of my levels... that are not my LDC entries.

Alright, tier updated due to the 16th LDC concluding as well as LDDs starting up.

• The Categories "King of Fun, Creativity, Etc" are going to be completely overhauled and so have been deleted for now.
• Venexis moves into the top three, replacing fourinone, who moves softly to fourth.
• Volcove remains at first.
• StarKing moves back to 7th, trading with King who moves to 8th
• MessengerOfDreams breaks into the top ten at 10th after winning an LDC with Ven and the first Level Designer Duel solo.
• MICrophone falls to 12th, since Level4 maintains 11th place.
• Nworlds makes the biggest jump, from 29th to 14th.
• Master1.0 tumbles from 16th to 21st since Killswitch, Ninny, and Doram show reason to maintain their placings after Nworlds' jump.
• SuperMIC moves from 23rd to 19th after winning the Halloween Mini LDC.
• Trogdor tumbles from 24th to 29th to make way for fresher talent's strong showing.
• DarkBlaze debuts at 26th and GMDragon debuts at 30th.

This list will be updated soon after the WITBLO11 candidates are announced and the original WITBLOAT comes to a close. Odds are there will be some big shifts all over the tier.
