The portal is for posting your Last Legacy or Super Mario 63 levels in it.
Next time you want to ask a question, just send a private message to a mod or user rep.

First make your level. Then when you want to save it, it`ll open up a window telling you to save it as a document. Put a doc suffix after the file name. Next when you go to open up the file you will see the code. Take the code and post it in the level portal. Hope it helped.
