Depends. Sometimes 1 day, sometimes 15 minutes. If it gets disapproved you should normally get a PM, but sometimes moderators uncheck the box and you get no PM.

You just make a new topic in the forum and enter your level code, a description of your level, and tick the box on whether to have a levelplayer or not. (it's optional though)

Yes, unless it's a level that highly abuses them or it's a level which shows how to do those glitches/disabled items.

There should be an 'EDIT' button beside every post you make, and you just replace the codes with your new one in there.

I believe after you submit 3 or so levels, you're free to submit without approval.
