The approval time varies according to how lazy the staff gets.
(I'm partly kidding of course, there are more people in some timezones than in others, which also factors in)

Posting levels onto the portal is simple.
Just go into the Super Mario 63 forum and post a new topic there.

There should be some instructions that are easy to follow as well once you get there, like filling in the code and description boxes.

(also note for the future: smiley spam isn't tolerated much by the users. Try to limit the amount of smilies in your post.)

Sorry for a possible bump, but... One of my problems is that I cannot vote on levels some people made. For example: I wanted to vote on GMDragon11's first level of SSB (viewtopic.php?f=80&t=44360&start=0), yet whenever I click the stars, it just doesn't work. Do I have to have a certain number of levels posted etc.?

I think you need to post some levels first before you can rate.

I'm not exactly sure how much. This shall prevent downraters from... well downrating and hiding at the same time. Works neat and in case it's still happening I'm hunting them and fix the issue. Except the level is just truly bad and an explanation for the rating is given.

It's a measure to stop spambots posting topics. What probably happened is you put your level's name in the title box and the subtitle box. So all you need to do is leave the subtitle box blank and then it will work.

I think you might find notifications in the form of emails.
Your levels have been disapproved due to issues with them, but before I go on with my reasons, try looking through your emails to see if there are any messages containing notifications with the reasons (At least you should have an email account if you registered on this site.).
I never had a level of mine disapproved before, so I am not 100% sure how the notifications with disapproval work - maybe it doesn't work, I don't know for sure myself.
