Heyo guys, welcome to the Level Portal Help topic. If you have a problem, search through this topic, and if it isn't answered, ask away here!

How do I submit a level?
Click 'Post Topic' here for SM63, or here for Last Legacy. Paste your code into the top box and give a description in the description box. Click process and then click submit.

Help, my levels aren't showing up on the portal!
Your first few levels have to be approved by a moderator before they go live. This is to avoid unwanted spam levels that break the level posting rules.

How can I tell if a level I have posted has been deleted or if it is still being checked?
You should be told, most likely via PM, if your level has been approved or disapproved. If you have had no notification then that level has not been approved or disapproved. If your level has been approved, and then find it deleted, then another level moderator has found something wrong with it and has deleted it. You should then look at the level posting rules and see if it follows all the rules.

So what are the level posting rules?
The rules are currently under renovation, but if you look at this topic for now, you should get a good idea on what to do and not do.

How long does it usually take for levels to be moderated?
Well this depends on how motivated the level mod is. Levels should usually be approved in about a day, so it's not that long. If you haven't been notified about your level, bug a level mod on the chat(or PM if you don't have access to the chat yet) to moderate your level.

I attempt to post 3 level, first time is a custom stage which VERY BIG,I checked and it follow's basic rules:Effort-A LOT,Forced Damage-None,but does not post quickly, second stage is a small 30x50 level re-uploaded from my old portal,Ad it's posted right away!then I try a rather big old portal level to forum, but result is same as first one,so is there any extra rule talking about the level cannot being too big? :?:

I'm not sure what levels you're talking about, but if the large ones didn't get approved, it's still lacking effort or something similar. For pointers, you could check out other people's levels. Check out the levels of these people if you want. Obviously, they don't have to be this good to be acceptable, but these are what you should strive for.

Thanks, sorry for loading large levels, and if I put multiple level's code in to one post and make it a story, does that against the rule?Like..,splits a level into parts and make it a story?

The new Level Portal requires that only one level is in each post, else the in-game Level Portal will only play the first level. If you want multiple ones, you need make multiple topics with one level each. You can link them together by hitting the Edit button after posting them all and connecting the levels to a series by including the links to the other topics.
