Sorry, I just felt like doing that.
The level designer and the portal do not have any system that prevent lag.
Your level was probably deformed because you posted the wrong level code.
You ended up posting the wrong level code because you probably (Just my guess) finished the level, saved it to your browser's cookies, and came back to get the code later. When you saved you exhausted your storage space and the level reverted to the previous save (The "deformed" level.)
If you wish to fix your problem for all eternity and never worry about "deformed" levels again then I recommend visiting the following topic: viewtopic.php?f=83&t=37130

I using the same code in my designer, when I play it within Browser's Cookies,It's Fine.
But when I copy the code and submit it,it goes everything wrong!

You typed this in one of your signs, right?
Door Sealed for Security Reasons.
~Security Thwomp Squad~

It seems there's a problem with the Portal parsing the "~". It's the same symbol that marks the end of a code section, so instead of loading it as a character in the sign, it cut off your code prematurely, causing the rest not to display. To fix this for now, remove the "~" from that sign.
