By the time someone read this it will probably already be fixed but whats the issue?

Sorry for the super late response.

The games on Runouw specifically have been removed due to the lack of ability to host them on the site anymore (most likely since it costs extra money). However, there are copies of the downloadable versions for both Last Legacy and Super Mario 63 that can be found. Sadly I only know where the SM63 one is, and it is here. This version can be played offline and runs as smooth as a low-powered flash game... oh wait.

There's also a standalone level designer copy OJ made put into a .swf file that can be played directly on the browser.

Having talked a little with BY about this, there is unfortunately no way to have this solved anytime soon, since hosting the games on-site already was a loosing bargain for a while. But since we've figured out good workarounds, I guess this isn't really harmful.
