Bowser's Psychological Breakdown: Prologue and Chapters 1-3

My first attempt at a story, hope you enjoy.

Prologue: Bowser's Castle (Side Hall)
"There is definitely something wrong with him," Kamek said to his troops while shaking his head.
A few of the Koopas and Goombas nodded their head in agreement, and an elite Hammer Bros. said, "He needs a doctor."
"But none will serve him - they all live in the Mushroom Kingdom!" replied a Paragoomba.
Kamek sighed. Ever since he got his butt kicked by - not Mario, not Luigi, not even Princess Peach - Toadsworth, Bowser, the King of Koopas, was not himself.
"It's a real shame, but give that old man credit - he sure knows how to use a Glock pistol." Most of the minions glared at the newbie Goomba who said that, and an argument was ensuing.
"Enough!" yelled Kamek, whose patience was already at an uncharacteristic low. "I will talk to His Sadness about the psychological toll he is taking on himself. In the meantime, back to work with all of you!" A few grumbles ensued, but after a menacing glance from a few of the Hammer Bros., the group of troopers disbanded, and work resumed.

Bowser's Castle (Throne Room)
As Kamek opened the large, spiky door leading to Bowser's throne room, he took a hesitant look in.
"WHAT THE F*** ARE YOU DOING YOU IDIOT!" Despite Bowser's generally poor manners, it was the first time Kamek had ever heard the F-word uttered from the Koopa's King mouth. Well, no, it was the second, Kamek thought to himself, but that was to teach his son what the word was when he heard it from a few Goomba Kids. After remembering that Bowser ate the Goomba kids and their families, as well as two others because he was still hungry, Kamek decided that, for his own safety and Bowser's fleeting sanity, it would be best if he let Bowser cool down for a bit.
"Kamek... where are you going?! I want you to torture this little brat." At first, Kamek was somewhat relieved that Bowser was not mad at him, but after he saw who Bowser was mad at, his relief evaporated. He saw Bowser Jr., cut up and bawling so much that his salty tears mixed with his wounds, making him cry more.
"Da.. ddy... I'm... so... rry..." Bowser Jr. sobbed.
"Shut up, Jr.! I saw what you were doing! Being a traitor, eh? If you weren't my son, I'd eat you!"
"I... didn't mean... to... I... was just... *bawwwwwwwww*" Kamek shook his head in amazement. The heir to the Koopa Kingdom was a traitor? Man, Bowser really had lost his mind!
"Kamek! Explain to him what the penalty for treason is!"
"Uhh... Bowser Jr., the penalty is... death... but your Aggravatedness! Why are you so angry at your son, the rightful heir to the Great Mushroom Kingdom?"
Bowser paused for a second, until he said, "Come with me, and I will show you."
Kamek followed Bowser obediently on the outside, but on the inside, he was stunned. He had never heard Bowser talk that calmly to him, especially at a time like this. Had Bowser truly lost it? Kamek wondered what the consequences of His Stressfulness's behavior would be. However, nothing could have prepared him for the extent of this episode.

Chapter 1: Mushroom Kingdom (Outside Peach's Castle)

"Thank you for saving me, Grandpa!" Peach said as she handed Toadsworth a slice of cake.
"Ohh... well, you know... heheh... anything for you, my dear! After all, you are the princess!" Toadsworth couldn't help but blush as he was congratulated by another Toad. This was the first time he was ever the center of attention for anything, much less saving the princess.
"Oh, but where are Mario and Luigi?" a Toad asked. They did help Toadsworth defeat Bowser after all.
Peach looked confused. "I'm not sure. I hope nothing is holding them up."

Mushroom Kingdom (Mario Bros. House)

Mario sighed and watched as 50 Toads were screaming at Luigi to get his seat off the toilet and get going to the party. The Bros. were already 15 minutes late, and while Mario was generally patient, shouting was not his favorite thing to hear.
"I'll be down in a minute!" Luigi cried, accompanied by a couple of familiar toilet sounds.
"Grrroooaannnnn... Mario, do we have to go with him?" Mario nodded. Despite his eccentrics, Luigi was his brother, and family sticks up for each other. Or something like that.
About five minutes later, Luigi came lallygagging down the staircase, much to the dismay of the Toads.
"Luigi, were 20 minutes late! What do you have to say to yourself?"
Luigi looked shocked. "There was a party today?"
"YES, LUIGI! IT WAS TO CELEBRATE TOADSWORTH'S SAVING OF THE MUSHROOM KINGDOM, AND YOU GUYS ARE THE GUESTS OF HONOR!" The Toads looked like they could have an aneurysm at any second, and Mario was laughing. Luigi sure was amusing.
Luigi seemed like he remmebered, and said, "I hope she made lotsa spaghetti!"
Mario bursts into fits of laughter, and so did the Toads. No matter how much he irritated you, his catchphrase always seemed to work. Even the head Toad, who was always crabby, was cracking up. No wonder it became an internet sensation, he thought to himself. It was on YouPo Toob... no, Tube Poop You... ah, whatever.
All of a sudden, a messenger Toad came racing in, panicking. "Mario! Luigi! The princess has been captured!"

Mushroom Kingdom (Road to/from Peach's Castle)

Bowser Jr. chuckled at his ingenuity. That stupid Kamek was probably still torturing that look-alike he found. Hey, when his dad learned to treat him as a prince and not a slave, maybe he'd listen to him more.
He looked at his troops with pride. The slaughter at the Castle was merciless. Very few Toads survived, and those that did survive were his prisoners of war. The old coot - Toadysorth? Toesword? - was in the same cage as Mama Peach. Even after an embarrassing incident on Isle Delfino, he still thought Peach was his mother. Who else would be fitting for King Bowser?
As the troops raced ahead, away from reinforcements - or worse, Mario and the green wussy - his brigade came to a sudden halt. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Kamek screeched.
"I'm going to show my daddy and my mama that I am not a traitor!" Bowser Jr. shouted back.
Kamek sighed. Bowser Jr. was not as evil as his father, but was a much better worker. He got his duties done faster and with weaker and less troops. If Jr. had his mind set on something, it was going to happen.
"I'm supposed to torture you for what you did... but I will show Bowser this." And Kamek casted a spell, and the next thing Bowser Jr., Peach, Toadsworth and the rest of the gang knew, they were just outside Bowser's Castle.
