That's a very unfair rule, don'cha think? I mean, the story is bad, but how else will he learn to improve it if he never posts it? It's not like he's breaking a rule or anything just because it's a bad story; this has been done plenty other times before. But they do qualify as a story, in some wierd way, so it's fine.

Except he posted so little that there's barely anything to work with. I know what you mean; not everyone can whip up super amazing stories like that, but if a story clearly had no/little effort put into it, that's when there's a problem.
