I've been avoiding this for a while, but I reached the conclusion that if I continue avoiding it I'll just be stalling something inevitable. So...here we go.
Runouw's Forum is dead. There's seriously nowhere else I can go with this. I've tried, and I've tried, but I just can't continue writing it. I've evolved as a writer, and to continue RF at this level would be me writing something else entirely. I tried a bit of experimenting (City of None, actually writing out some of Chapter 6), but I can't print that and say it's part of the original Runouw's Forum. Because it isn't.
There's also the issue of trying to use the old plot, and patching up a lot of the mistakes I made in those previous chapters. Plot devices - I used too many cheap ones. Character development - almost nonexistant. And so on and so forth. It's impossible to try and fix it all.
So I won't.
But here's the good news. The old Runouw's Forum is dead.
And it can give birth to a new one.
"Runouw's Forums". NOW WITH A 100% GRAMMATICALLY CORRECT TITLE.
That's right. There's too many ideas and plot branches I didn't get to developing, so I just have to reboot it. After City of None, I'm gonna get crackin' on it. Also 30% less procrastination. I hope.

Your story did spark a revolution and had great charm, but I had a feeling it'd fizzle out. I do see CoN as a current replacement, and working on a new version will be cool too.
