Another useful thing to do is to write who said what so we clarify who said what

I will only not say the other's name when the outcome would be "X said, Y asked, X replied" It' just seems kinda repeditive and pointless to me, Also I will only do it when I think that the speaker is obvious. Such as in conversations between only two people.
