Why do STB's ideas almost immediately get used and mine still hasn't?

I can't at the present time. Your idea doesn't fit into the story's context, being that StB is up in the Ion Star ATM.

Because his ideas fit into the context of the story, and yours does not. If there comes a part in the story when your idea can be used, I'll put it in there, but for now, it wouldn't make sense.

Yes, I will soon. Last Friday was my last day of school, and I'm just trying to organize my summer. However, I should resume writing this coming Monday, if all things go as planned.
