I'd say you want his name (ask MOY before you use it) in big letters at the bottom, the name of the story at the top and a picture of a computer showing Runouw.com in the middle with a shadow of some kind.... Oh and a white background.

I'm not going by Moy in the book, not to mention I am crediting Ridder and Mic as well, so it should say

"CAMERON JOHNSON AND JACK WALKER FEATURING ALANA STARR"

Not to mention that the Runouw.com logo needs work

MOY, just add "with help from friends in Runouw.com" or something. You know that note before the story starts.

EDIT: Here's a cover, tell me what you want with the colours since I'm not sure about them... I was going to use white, but that seemed too plain.
