Men Of Tomorrow (*Title Pending)

Postby brandoprojectm » November 23rd, 2009, 11:53 am

I got an idea for a new story, and after some careful consideration and planning *cough*daydreaming*cough*, I decided that it would really work. I might post the story later, but I just wanted to let you in on a little info. (Also, the story has nothing to do with Mario, Runouw, or anything else copyrighted. It's completely original)

It's basically about a near-apocalyptic time period, where the economy, politics, and way of life of the whole world have been deteriorating slowly. "The only countries left with an actual stable government are the North American countries, Germany, China, Russia and Japan!" (an actual quote from the story).

Then, the American President and his right hand man go to lead an assault on a criminal organization in Paris, but it all goes horribly wrong. Then, the real story begins....

Characters:
John Wright: The U.S. President, and the leader of the W.R.L.
X: The President's right hand man. Not much is known about him.

More coming soon! Maybe even a preview today!

ALSO, HUNDREDTH POST!!!!!

THE CREED: Nothing is True. Everything is Permitted.
"...That's rather cynical."

"It would be if it were doctrine, but it is merely an observation of the nature of reality.
To say that Nothing is True is to realize that the foundations of society are fragile, and that we must be the shephards of our own civilization.
To say that Everything is Permitted is to understand that we are the architects of our actions, and that we must live with the consequences, whether glorious...or tragic."

As long as it's not a zombie apocalypse. I'm tired of those stories, and I don't really like zombies to begin with. But whatever. I could just not read your topic. Meh. Maybe I'm just worried that in the real zombie apocalypse, I probably wouldn't last.
Signatures are silly little things.

With that in mind, check out my clever, well-thought, and generally amazing level series!

omfg, Please don't make it into some hollywood story where all that happens is building explode and the world crumbles and that bull. >.> If so, I will have to turn down your story. If your storyline is like Fallout 3, then I'll have to turn down your story. If your story is anything about like zeb says, a zombie apocalypse, I will have to turn down your story. :) There are your limits.

How could this be anything like Fallout Chree?

As long as he doesn't insert any VAULTS or "Heroes who ransack corpses" or "The Brotherhood of Steel", then it will probably be nothing like fallout.
