This is probably the best piece of work I've seen in quite some time. Your character development is amazing, and the twists are just enough that it's not too confusing. This could be a motion picture, it's that good. :O

Wow, thanks azn! Yeah, this by far is the work I'm most satisfied with out of the ones I've done (nothing personal MOY, but this story was all me, so it's a little more meaningful). And BTW, I ought to credit you too for motivating me to pick this up. You and MOY both for your positive reviews in MOY's Top 13 topic. So for that, thanks! :awe:

EDIT: Chapter 8 has been posted! Also a shorter chapter; meant to introduce the character of Mark Burgess and also to develop the case as it stands…not an action chapter…there will likely be more action in the next chapter. So yeah, comments please! And not just MOY and azn…you two guys are off my list of people to pester. ;)

Jesus H. Christ. Kid, get this published. I would probably see this published more likely than TRC and I would be glad to see it get published than TRC. I want to own this book. I want to see this book at the library. I cannot wait to see where the whole 'Cycle' part comes in. This is my second favorite story, but by far the best story on the forums. Do not stop! 11/10

My latest story, and one of my personal favorites. A girl bound in silence finds the words to say to her prospective girlfriend as they visit her religious father in a dusty town on the edge of Kansas, where the crows' migration south brings forth anchored memories, the path to resolution, and a new start.

Chapter 9 has been released! Also a bit of a shorter chapter, it does contain some action. Please read and comment! :P

EDIT: I have decided to expand the second section of Chapter 9, which I will (hopefully) do tomorrow. Furthermore, I have worked out the rest of the story in my head. There are going to be 16 chapters in the completed story and I hope to have it finished within two weeks. So keep your eyes open. ;)

Thanks for the high praise MOY!

Anyhow, I have finished Chapter 9 (again). I really only added a paragraph or so, but I think it slowed down a section I felt was a little rushed. So yeah. Chapter 10 will probably come Saturday, as I need to do homework now and tomorrow I have plans in the evening. So try not to get worked up over the suspense created by this short wait. I'm sure you can handle it MOY. ;)

So far so good.... even if you are 10 chapters in, and some some of the stuff is compelling. And teh killing! Not a way to go *disappointed look*
