Life was once crazy,
And fair, sweet and kind.
Life was heaven; life was love.
Anything I imagined, life would give.
I could do anything; I could win anything.
I could be anything because life would allow it.
Life was an angel, life was God,
Always watching over me like a skyhawk.
All was good because life was good.

Now everything is against me,
Because life allowed it. Life is a fiend.
A betrayer. A mocker.A blow to the nose.
A thousand times I try. A thousand times wasted.
All that I wanted, life casted into lava.
All my efforts floating and burning. Life is meaningless.
