I am assuming for the NPCs on level 1 they say the exact same thing BECAUSE there is an invisible wall in the same place as level 1. I am assuming that this was just a copy paste from level 1 but with some parts missing to make these guys accessible. I wish that there were more NPCs in-game. But i thoroughly enjoyed the game.

Also, it's possible to explore the "glitched levels" in Curiosity a bit further. They're actually just the rest of the level, but they seem glitched because you're outside where you're supposed to be, and invisible walls that would normally be moved in gameplay are still set up. With Winged Boots +3, you can climb on top of the invisible walls and keep going right to the next transition of the level, and if you continue further to the right, you'll get here:

I haven't found anything past there, though, and it looks like this is all unintentional.
