Someone who's willing to enjoy the feel of a LL duel with me. I think I asked the best LDers thus far and yet it kept failing. I'm simply looking for someone who's confident in design and is likely to actually finish his work. I'm up for any theme, as long as it's interesting to some extend. Also am fine with every frikkin deadline. Even if you need half a year, that's totally fine to me. In the end it's not only time, which defines a level's quality, so I'm not caring too much.
