It's been a while since you've seen a Top 13 right? Well, I'm stepping in and taking over the countdowns!
So this week's Top 12 is about the Greatest Premises. What's a premise you may ask? It's the story itself. A story can be unique and written well but without a cool storyline, it just won't work. So I'm counting down the Top 12 Greatest Premises!
Why Top 12? Because I like to go one step beyond one step beyond.

12 - Strings
Fanfics are cool, especially SSB Fanfics. And looking over this one, it's cool.
But all extremely terrible jokes aside, this Super Smash Bros. Brawl Fanfic by MessengerOfDreams holds a lot of promise. It's the story about a team of video game characters traveling across the Mushroom Kingdom to rescue a hero and villain from a new evil and it sounds exciting.
11 - Runouw's Forum: The Movie
Runouw's Forum, being the very first forum story in Runouw.com history, is a great story with a great premise. But unfortunately, the author brandobrawl has let it loose.
But a while later, the spin-off ''Runouw's Forum: The Movie'' came, and it kicked ♥♥♥.
The story is about brandobrawl and fourinone revisiting the old forums and meeting an old friend. ...Or at least that's what it's about so far...
It's progressing slowly and it's unknown when it will be resumed, if it ever will.
But it's made a staple in the forum for having a very promising storyline....so far...
10 - The Last of The Calibrixian
This is another story by....yours truly, and, from opinions of reviewers, it has a potentially cool storyline.
The story is about two worlds with two separate stories. One world is about Avo being his quirky self as he sets on a journey to return Runouw.com to it's former self: Busy and thriving.
The other side is about a guy named Lirmin who is part of a unique race of people known as the Calibrixian. After failing his Final test, he is forced to live on his own outside of his village.
The story is....basically dead. I was planning of colliding these two worlds together but due to the story only having one actual chapter, it won't happen.
This is just another story that drowned in the sea of lost stories.
9 - Phantoms
This is an old effin' story, and I have completely abandoned it. It now belongs to Ridder, I am deleting all traces of evidence that this used to belong to me.
But on the bright side, the premise is epic. Now that the story has been taken by Ridder, it has gotten pretty good reviews and the story is basically how I wanted it to go.
...Too bad it is also dead so it's hard to say what's it is actually about...
8 - High School Drama
You might not have heard of this story by MIC, but let me tell you.
Even though it's only had one chapter, it has a seemingly perfect premise. Life in High School. Drugs, sex, violence...it was great.
Sadly, it died pretty quickly and has no sign of ever being picked up again.
7 - Survivor: Runouw Style
Remember this story folks? Based off of the hit reality TV show Survivor, Survivor: Runouw Style had a cool premise, and interesting, too!
Critics, however, didn't really find it that well-written, and the story has gotten some pretty mixed reviews.
But if someone can pick this up again, it can kick ♥♥♥ once again!
6 - The Return of The Legendary Twelve
The Legendary Twelve, in its time, were one of the biggest things on the forum. It consisted of the first 12 veterans on the site (so you could tell how old it was). And during the great Story Outbreak of '09, a story about these guys was made.
The story was about, well, what else but The Legendary Twelve! As they stop the world from certain evil. The story had kickass turns and twists and always kept you reading.
To this day, it remains to be one of my most favourite stories out there.
5 - The Legend of Avo 2
The Legend of Avo was one of the stories in the great Story Outbreak of '09, and to this day, is my only completed story, despite it being really short.
It was great in its time but the ending lost a lot of readers' attention.
A year or 2 passed, and then, out of nowhere, came The Legend of Avo 2.
The story is about Avo getting a GMod position, but then it goes all wrong. It only has 2 chapters so you can't really figure out what is going to happen. But from many reviews, a lot of people are interested in this story.
I pledge on my life to complete this story, because of the good reviews, it just has to be completed.
4 - The Runouw.com Connection
The Runouw.com Connection is a famous story of the forums. The story is about 4 members of a police squad joining the site to solve a murder. (That's from my memory, I could be wrong, but whatever.) It had a pretty cool premise.
Another cool thing to look at is the fact that it almost got published, the author, MessengerOfDreams, wanted this to be published but in order to do so, he had to show it to a bunch of people to proofread it.
There are a lot of topics for this story that I've lost count. Sequels, discussions. But the original will always have the greatest impact on the forums.
3 - Press Start
This recent story by Jelloman44 holds a lot of promise. After looking at his last story ''The Void Conspiracy'', you can expect a lot of great things to expect.
The story is a mix of forum story and real life which is a great concept in itself when you think about it.
It only has one chapter so far but it's being praised by critics so just might go even more uphill in the future.
2 - Vorpal Annihilation Games
This legendary story by Azn has gotten a lot of attention from users. And I mean A LOT.
The story is about Runouw.com users in an all out brawl to the death. Come on, the badassness of that premise speaks for itself.
It's also on of the very few stories to have over 1000 views and the only story (I believe) to have over 100 replies.

...Didn't expect that, eh?
You remember this right? This on-the-verge-of-epic story by brandobrawl? *is shot*
Yeah yeah, an unoriginal pick for Number 1, but this had the best premise.
It was epic, members of Runouw.com fighting spammers in an epic battle. It was cool, epic, it was the first story every on Runouw.com!
But as mentioned earlier, this was unfortunately let loose due to the author having no time to finish the chapters. But this still remains to be the best story in Runouw.com history that has the best premise.
