More suggestions:

+ Add/Erase Tile on the Triggers instead of Change Tile. (You have the ability to change the tiles by choosing something in the Tiles.)
+ Mirror on Enemies.
+ Cheats.

I just found something awesome with Beta Level 2

Go up to the little 1-up house thing at the top of the cliff (I hope you know how to climb it... And that it's in the first part...), and go in it. Then, press the spacebar and open up the wall. You are now thinking with portals. No, literally, walk past the wall once you've opened it, and let yourself fall. You fall from the sky in the first screen.

More suggestions:

+ Far BG, Close BG, Music Change on the Triggers.
+ Give us the ability to use Rain as a Background. (Far or Close)
+ I suggest you make these five soundtracks as music:

I do not think he should. if it is copyrighted, then he should not. HE should actually sell this game later on and make some dough (no, not for pizza)
Also, it is not a portal, it just takes you over to the other side of the level much.
