That's a good question. Usually it's because it's a recognition of the best levels of 2011, and the best designers who made them. Levels that may not have have garnered praise before (i.e. LordFalcon's Edge of the Mush-Room, Logical Forest by Republic) suddenly are, not to mention to have a level on that list is a pretty nice prestige to begin with.

Wow, really nice list! I have no hope of getting on there, but now I have a few levels to play to draw inspiration from!

The first few I played were amazing to say the least. I should really step up my game. :lol:

Just currently adding a few minor changes to the tier list. Thought it would be nice to fix the bronze colour and to add each member's peak point on the tier list.

Some peak points are wrong probably and just estimates or slight memories of where they would've been if they'd moved down or something, but I hopefully wasn't too far off.

I'm still adding a bit of information about each person, like their main achievements that had scored them these placings, and so newer members might find it easier to follow. ;) Thoughts and comments are of course accepted, if you don't like, MoD or myself or other mods can take it out.
