I think we should update the descriptions and remove any relation to other placers. Because of the wording and how this rearranges every so often, some of it is confusing. (Also, like the above, another, etc.) Also words like "only, one of the few, similar to", among other comparative phrasing.

Heyhey, dedication leads to good things.
If one does not have any dedication, one cannot get any better in LDing NOR can one make anything worthwhile.
In the 14th LDC, I scored a flat 4.5/20 from MoD. I placed third-to-last out of over 30 contestants. I use this story a lot, but still, I consider it a good one. Because of the mark, I DEDICATED myself to impressing MoD in the 15th LDC. I DEDICATED myself to playing the levels of the greats in WITBLOAT for inspiration. I DEDICATED myself to my entry, spending over hundred of hours in one month on it.
The result?
I started the real LDing career - I was accepted to judge in many LDCs, my levels got attention, I made great connections in the LD world, I got respected. On top of that, I won Best Member in the Runouw votes. (Oh, and MoD did come to love me. :3)
The moral?
Well kid, if you don't have the will to dedicate yourself to something, you don't have the will to go far.

Tier list changes have been made by myself... ^_^
- Star and Ven switch places, they are both great but I think Star should move up a little further. Also from stats of the mini-LDC.
- I moved up to 7th. (I asked opinions on chat about this, and they thought I was good enough to overtake Krazy o_O)
- BY is now at number 18. While he's great, I don't think he's quite top tier standard yet, he's kinda around SMIC's standard to be honest. But don't worry that's great, I even think SMIC is a little underrated on here. XD
- Master moves up to 22, after a successful entry this mini-LDC.
- Brawler moves down one place to 23 (lucky number :'D) to make way for Master.
- Mega falls slightly down from number 30 to the Potential Chart Crashers.
- Bomberman is added to Potential Chart Crashers.
