Is it too subtle?

Just my little opinion here, but...

I think the stone looks a bit...odd, when put together with the stone bricks, colour-wise. In the regular texturepack, the stone bricks and stone are quite similar in colour, but here, the stone seems a lot different to the bricks.

I need to know: is the regular stone texture too dark?

Do they look too iron-y?

(pun maybe intended)

Stone needs to be a tad lighter, pistons are fine as long as the stone end matches the bottom of a furnace, slabs should be ridden of any shine on the edges to look more like a rocky material, glowstone should probably contrast more and be a brighter shade. I'd darken the frame of the lamp as well.

Could you edit your posts next time you have more content with no replies?

On another note, did anyone update the faithful pack to the 1.5 layout? I'd be more inclined to work and design knowing someone else is helping with the technical issues.

Done. It's "Faithful 1.5" in the Dropbox folder

EDIT1:

Ven mentioned on the chat that mossy cobblestone looks too cartoonish compared to stone brick.

Is this better?
