What if you unknowingly enter someone's base? You can't ask whose it is since you're not supposed to say if you've found a base.

More likely because servers require the computer running them to be on. I dunno about you, but my computer always gives off light/sound as long as it's powered on, regardless of screensavers (exception is sleep mode, but not really, as that would disconnect from the internet and stop the server) and that would be very annoying to try to sleep with. It's also a drain on power, as well as risking damage from surprise power surges or overheating because random updates at 3am or a badly trained cat urinating on your keyboard. I don't know. Point is anyone here can run a 24/7 server with a paid host should they choose to, but since nobody has perhaps we should tell Raz how cool he is instead of asking about the server constantly.

My computer has really loud fans.
It's a waste of electricity. I like to save money.
Maybe you guys should read the times on the first post? the when the server goes up part isn't accurate but when it goes down is accurate.

Your time conversion is wrong then. Last night the server went down at about 8:30 PM Central, which would be 9:30 Eastern. There's an hour missing.

in all honesty, I don't care.
I was tired and didn't want to keep my computer up for another hour. My own sleep schedule comes before my server being up for another hour with no one being on it.

I don't have any proof, but I clearly remember you saying that "my computer is up most of the time so server should be up most of the time." I don't know when you randomly switched your views, but okay, I can respect that. You didn't need to call me a brat.
