Legion of the Black Sparrow
"The only living being is a moving being"

Founded after the ruins of the Spanish Embassy, the Legion of the Black Sparrow was founded as a nomadic herd of warriors, whose solemn belief is that they who work together live together, they who work alone die alone. The legion is always on the prowl for survival, never sleeping, always exploring, and as such have been known to become exceeded merchants for their newfound treasures. Following a system of anarchy, theft and murder is permitted, but any rogue activity that threatens the wellbeing of others is frowned upon, and in doing so may render a person to be banished from the nomadic brotherhood.

Guild Rules:
-You are not allowed to leave floating trees. However, stumps are fine, provided you replant close to them.
-When raiding, steal 1/4 of whatever item you seek. If there is only one, do not attempt theft.
-Everyone is their own person, but murder within the guild is not permitted.
-As the Legion is a guild of members who are their own self-governed body, any war will not be fought by the Legion entirely, but by the person who declares.
-You are not allowed to damage the structures of enemies.
-If left behind by the pack, you fight on your own until you can reunite.
-A Sparrower is everyone's enemy, but everyone's friend. If you see a rival guildsman in trouble, do not hold back on assistance, regardless what you hold.

Name:Adrian Lexion Dexus
Age: 18 MC years
Appearance: Dirt-brown, medium-length hair pulled back in a tie, scraggly bangs, green eyes
Bio: A deserter of the Royal Army of Notch during the War of the Nether Star, Adrian began his journey across the oceans and landscape. Along his journey, he was adopted into various societies, all with one goal in mind: To survive and rebuild. Some societies used fun and games with with small government, while others fought for power. One day, after years of wandering, he stumbled upon the civilization of VenTechLabs, a notorious scientist always known for being lost in caves for days. Adopted into the civilization, he quickly learned of new techniques to survive, as well as served as a miner and gardener, However, disaster soon struck as the fight for power became more intense, and the party soon became at war for leadership. Not wanting to be outbested by each other, the top members of the society formed their own seperate groups, referred to as guilds. Adrian, not wanting to be left to the worst as a rogue against all, joined forces with the Spanish Embassy, lending his skills in hopes it would help the guild bring back a society quickly crumbling post-war. Things went along quite swimmingly, until the guild broke apart. Left in ruins, Adrian left to the wilderness, forming a cult of his own anarchaic belief, dubbing it as the army of the shadowed bird, the Black Sparrow.

A survivalist at heart, he will stop at nothing to live day to day, even if it means slaying a tamed animal for food.

Yeah, since the map reset, the guilds reset as well. So far there are only two named ones.

I've had little to no free time lately and don't expect much more until next weekend-ish and until new years'. I'll try to get online sometime in the the next few days but I can't make any promises. Tomorrow (today), probably but I can't guarantee it. Monday, not very likely. Tuesday, not very likely. Wednesday, not very likely. Thursday, idk. Friday, not very likely.

Appearance: Wholly black with a purple crystal in the chest and back. Purple and luminous pink stripes covering ankles
Bio: Attacked by an enderman at a young age causing a strange deformation that resulted in him being part-Enderman. Since then he has been regular-minded but outcasted by many due to the strange appearance. As a result, he felt angered by the Enderman race.

Colony of Purity

"Unprovoked anger is the bane of all. Without it, the world would be in harmony. Keep calm. Keep surviving. Keep befriending."

A colony started to rebel against mindless violence a little while ago. Those who join quickly adapt and learn to keep civil-minded and calm.

The Rules of the Guild:
~Once you join, you must be calm and pure of mind.
~Do not attack mindlessly. Attack only if you need to, whether it be for food, survival or protection of others. Do not attack 'for fun', and take away the lives of innocents.
~If you encounter somebody, do not attack and, if they are vulnerably weak, assist them instead.
~If you feel a war encounter, only participate if you must, or are dragged into it. Do not recklessly fight.
~Upon thieving, you must leave the targets with enough for healthy survival. You shan't leave them in a weakened state that they cannot recover from.

I guess I can get away with it but if I'm not permitted to do this please say so.

I changed from "green" to "aqua" to "dark_aqua" to "yellow" to "gold," and ven is "blue" atm. I'm really really liking yellow. Nin, does that look good for Nenta?



Also, just my opinion, but Colony of Purity or whatever seems rather redundant of Shad's guild in terms of rules. There was already another group banded together before you founded that out of the blue that might want to have their own guild. (Ven/AniLo/Mega I think)

Yeah Mega and I kinda accidentally joined up lawl, and Ani might join us after today as well, so there's that.

I think having 4-5 factions this map would be okay though, if players keep joining. We had four last map and they were all pretty well populated, so it should be okay with an equal or greater number of players. I guess we could start out huge and then have civil wars and stuff to win our freedom lawl.

I also think Karyete's guild is very similar to Shad's, and that they could perhaps band together under a single name- the only real issue is that Shad's seems rather nomadic and Karyete might prefer a stationary base, but that shouldn't cause issues as nomadic tribes tend to spread out a lot anyway. Or maybe have a stationary base to avoid lugging 20 chests worth of materials every time you move? I dunno.

Actually I sorta really like that civil war idea :p

I think I'll join up with Karyete. I don't see what you guys are saying about Purity and Sparrow being similar, they seem very different to me.

If I may make a color suggestion for Purity, perhaps light blue, assuming Ven has dark blue? Or maybe a light green since Raz has dark green?

They seem more similar than any others, mostly due to the peaceful nature of their rules.

But lawl, I was just testing the command on me first, I'm not a color at all currently. Requests are open, though, so far dark_green (pretty sure that's what Raz is) and yellow are taken.
