Added a new rule of war. If you don't follow rule number 6 the one attacking/being attacked has the ability to enter your base.

That's where there is a loophole though. If the reason for logging out is important, and the fact that an enemy was nearby is coincidental, it's not very fair. Plus, if you have network trouble like me where you get kicked off a lot, you might disconnect randomly. If that happens, do they still get to raid, even though it was not meant to happen?

Oh, and whoever is using our materials for stuff that is not beneficial and for random stupid stuff, stop. This means the planks on the trees, the random wool, tombstone, using signs for no reason other than...I don't know what. It is a waste of material and makes our base ugly. So stop it.

I thought about this but forgot to edit the first post, internet problems and such, no one has the ability to know about except for yourself. So all you can expect when you log back on is for people to believe you to have internet problems. Ven, OJ, or I could always check the console and see if you're lying anyways. But if you really have to leave right away, I do expect you to post a quick simple sentence saying something like "brb something important" BEFORE you leave. (not on dynmap)

okay so RPing is really fun now

an executive decision on my part, here's a little update on the (( rule which nobody follows because of herochat now:
In global chat, (( before a message indicates in-character chatting. Speaking without it is assumed to be out-of-character.
In local chat, (( before a message indicated out-of-character chatting. Speaking without it is assumed to be in-character.

you do realize how far apart we live, right

Or people can just stick to local chat because speaking to someone halfway across the map makes no sense at all.
(advert doesn't count, it's like a message board that everyone has...in their brains)

Is there anybody who can actually return a Ghast's fireball with a sword? I can never do it, the fireball always blows up in my face.

Case in point, I was playing singleplayer UHC earlier and got ambushed by three Ghasts. I had no bow, so I decided to try using my sword. Terrible idea; went from full health down to two hearts from failing to return fireballs. Lost other 1.5 hearts while running away. Ended up /kill 'ing myself to regain my health back.

Note to self: fighting Ghasts with a sword in UHC is one of the worst mistakes you can make, next to taking fall damage.

You have to hit it a an ANGLE. Swords still work totally fine knocking back ghast spitballs.

But if you hit it at an angle, it won't hit the ghast. It'll fly in the direction you hit it towards.

Click like you're jacked up on caffeine mostly. Although I lag so that's usually my approach to any combat in the game. Seems to work pretty well. As for that specific achievement, I find it's easier to wait for a ghast to spawn low to the ground/in a roofed area, then run directly at him (if he's on the ground) or so that you need to aim up at about an 80 degree angle to keep your cursor on him (if he's floating a couple blocks above you, this keeps you at a distance where fireballs are near impossible to miss, and prevents you from hiding underneath where fireballs cannot reach). Don't forget to spam click like your life depends on it because it probably does, you're zerg rushing an eldritch abomination that's belching bombs at you.

If the ghasts are at any sort of distance from you, you're better off with a bow. Or hiding so they don't shoot at all. Or just deflecting the fireballs so they don't hit near you. Preferably in that order.
