Battle Space: Land on one of these to play a Battle Minigame! In a Battle Minigame, each player deposits a set amount of coins into the pot. Whoever comes out on top grabs 70% of the coins, with the second place player grabbing 30%. The remainder goes to 3rd Place.

Technically yes, the 'pity coin' goes to 3rd Place by default.
