Hot ShotsHow to Play: You and your teammate need to outwit the others and destroy them in a classic game of 2v2 dodgeball! The playing field is 8x7. The goal of the game is simple - Pick up a ball, chuck it, and hit the opponent!
How to Act: At the start of the round, three balls will drop by on random. Pick them up by moving either on or over them. Once you have at least one, you may throw them at your enemy! Each player can carry up to two balls at a time.
You may do 2 actions per round; they are executed in sequence of whatever order you PM Harmless:
- move 3 tiles, either horizontal or vertical movement
- throw a ball a direction (You can throw in eight directions, horizontally, vertically, or diagonally)
- pass a ball to someone (If you have a ball, you can pass it to them, but it will not work if they attempt to block a shot)
- block a shot with your ball (Blocking with one ball cannot block diagonal shots, blocking with two balls can)
If you do not have a ball, you cannot block a shot. If you get hit with a ball by moving into its firing line, then you’re out! You can’t catch a ball in this minigame, either. The last team standing wins! Alternatively, the game will draw after seven rounds.
Pro Tips: Even if an enemy player moved through your firing line and did not stop in it, they would still be hit by your ball. You can do this if you want to trap an enemy player or prevent them from getting a ball! And remember that if a ball misses, it stays on the other side!
