The year is 2253. We are aboard the ESTO-24, an advanced spaceship built for the sake of colonizing the galaxy. Earth is no longer safe for life of any kind, due to a global nuclear outbreak, result of a war.
Now we search for a safe place to live. Somewhere to prosperate: To make earth anew.

PLAYER: Megar

NAME: Green

PHYSICAL ASPECTS: Male, 16 solar years old, Green hair, though has some feminine features. Seems to have a symbiotic relationship with the plant organism revolving his body.

PERSONALITY: He adopts a patient and shy demeanor, and a special kind of relationship with nature. Truly intriguing.

NOTES: I find it intrigging how he lives with the rose on his body. They seem to have both formed a benefic relationship with each other, if they are even a separate organism at this point. I'm curious as to how he will use this at his favor.

NAME: Marge Bogun

PHYSICAL ASPECTS: Female, 18 solar years old, bald, light skin, medium size and weight for a female. Is always with an extremely outdated T-series drone, a model sold back on the 210s.

PERSONALITY: She seems to be extremely sentimental whenever the topic is Earth. She is always willing to do different activities, and to getting work done. She seems to like painting, and cannot understand the english language, hence the drone.

NOTES: The drone she has with her is especially intriguing. It seems to have evolved a more advanced personality and individuality just from being with her, feat most drones cannot do, even to this day. I might need to research further on this technology.

NAME: Tania Meridian

PHYSICAL ASPECTS: Female, around 25 to 30 solar years old, brown hair, somewhat dark skin, average build.

PERSONALITY: She is social, extroverted, carefree, and optimistic. She is a leading type, and apparently cannot remember what happened.

NOTES: She cannot remember anything that happened to earth, and even how she got into the ship. Interestingly, she can remember her life on earth. Maybe it is some kind of psychologic block her brain created for herself? Whatever it is, I will look deeper into it.

NAME: Jay Nahl

PHYSICAL ASPECTS: Male, 20 solar years old, light skin, black hair, somewhat tall for human males. He uses glasses.

PERSONALITY: He seems to be extremely knowledgeable about every kind of subject, however, his snobby behavior shows he hasn't had much contact with the social ambient outside his own.

NOTES: He seems to have isolated himself from society and to have gathered all this knowledge for a reason. Maybe it is due to social rejection during his early years of social contact? I am unsure right now, though this has left me interested.

NAME: Casper Pera

PHYSICAL ASPECTS: Male, 158 solar years old, white long hair, has a scar over his left eye, and looks relatively strong for his age. He is always wearing a tattered blue trench coat, cargo pants, leather boots, and a penchant around his neck.

PERSONALITY: Although he is strong for his age, he seems to be lacking on brains what he has on muscles. He acts too tough for his own good, but he cares about those around him. Truly a fascinating individual.

NOTES: He is the living proof of the evergrowing life expectancy back on earth. Where two centuries ago people would only live to their 100s, today we can see people like him, and even older. The way his body is in this age though, is not something you see everyday, even on young humans.

#0762 - B.E.A.T: show

PLAYER: Karyete

NAME: Battle-Equipped Armoured Troop - B.E.A.T

PHYSICAL ASPECTS: No gender- it's a robot; about 80 solar years old, humanoid looking, with metallic blue build, although somewhat weathered. It is equipped with old weaponry that probably doesnt work now, since it's back from before the nuclear outbreak.

PERSONALITY: Like the other robots from the B.E.A.T series, it is a sentient robot, and has a surprisingly good relationship with the rest of the humans. His speech module isn't working, so it attempts to communicate through the few sounds it can make.

NOTES: Since it is not a human, it wasn't included in the recolonization program, and was only selected to become part of the crew for security purposes. Though, at some point, we decided we should test the same methods for humans in this program with robots as well. I'm curious to how this will go.

NAME: Togham Fiel

PHYSICAL ASPECTS: Male, around 20 to 24 solar years old, light skin, dark brown hair, somewhat tall for male humans, and average weight. He wears glasses, and is actually somewhat out of shape for his age, due to not liking sports too much.

PERSONALITY: He is shy around people he doesn't know, though can open up once he is close enough to people. English isn't his native language, though, he seems to be very knowledgeable in foreign speaking and writing, and can speak a large number of different languages.

NOTES: I wonder just how many languages has he learned at this point. I'm certain this will be useful for our colonization program.

NAME: Jordan Hewick

PHYSICAL ASPECTS: Male, 23 solar years old, caucasian with brown hair and green eyes.

PERSONALITY: He seems to be extremely nervous due to the isolation determined by the government after his experiment went wrong. It is unknown what kind of experiment it is as there are no logs about it, but he had been banned from earth, and has been traveling through space ever since. That is, until the artificial gravity of the ESTO-24 attracted his ship.

NOTES: He seems to have come from a rich family, and was an extremely famous astrophysicist. It is truly funny how one mistake caused him to be viewed by society in a completely different way. The way he got in the ESTO-24 is considered illegal. Truly intriguing how he went from a rich and famous scientist to an outlaw.

Gonna try to be a little creative here.

NAME: Battle-Equipped Armoured Troop (B.E.A.T.)

CHARACTERISTICS: Robotic, with a very large, solid blue build, roughly 7 feet tall. Built with a humanoid structure, except for the cannon and cylinder on his back. Left arm is equipped with a small chaingun and weak grapple hook, right arm equipped with a hand and a stun gun built into the palm. In decent condition, but weathered. The lights in his 'eyes' and body change colour depending on his condition.
Quite sentient, especially for a robot, but has trouble understanding some aspects of organic life.

BACKSTORY: During the war, technology was being strained to create what was considered an 'army' of robots, who would help to defend important cities and would be able to resist the fallout. Due to a number of unforseen circumstances, the number of robots quickly fell shortly after they rose, mainly due to the poor decision to make these robots sentient. The plan was, overall, a total failure.
One of the brands were called B.E.A.T., and like many other brands they were given a 'soul'. Unfortunately the robots didn't grasp the concept of killing other robots for no reason, and were discontinued quickly. Before they could all be destroyed and remade, Earth was evacuated completely. One of the last remaining robots is aboard this ship, to ensure the safety of the crew and the passengers, but is pretty much a passenger like the rest. While his speech module doesn't work, he is still able to make a few noises when trying to communicate.

NAME: 'Green'

CHARACTERISTICS: Very much explicitly male, but you'd be forgiven for thinking otherwise considering the very much feminine features. Longish, pale green hair with a blue rose in it. Also has vines wrapped around limbs in such a way that does not restrict movement. Only around 16 years old. Otherwise I guess you can interpret however you please!

BACKSTORY: Extremely patient with people, but that's less out of respect and more being rather shy. Not to the point where social interaction is literally impossible, but still a bit nervous every so often. A side effect of the patience is being perceptive and not having too much trouble trying to read people. Back on Earth was very nonchalant and honestly a little brash, but since the nuclear outbreak sort of just fell behind out of worry. Upon hearing of the outbreak, the first move was to head to the most natural location in reasonable distance to get whatever was possible, hence the vines and rose. The rose will not be removed if at all possible, but the vines were never too important.

NAME: Marge Bogun

CHARACTERISTICS; Marge is 18 years old, and is female. She is bald, her skin is light, she is 5' 8", and she weighs 150 lb. Marge does not understand the language used here, so she has me act as a translator. I am a small outdated T-series communications drone. I must warn you that the rotor blades that keep me flying in the air are quite dangerous, so please don't get too close to me while I'm airborne.

BACKSTORY: Marge is overly sentimental about her days on Earth. She keeps herself from brooding constantly by staying active and making sure that work gets done. Marge prefers being a manager, and she likes to paint as a hobby. As for what life on Earth was like, Marge had just graduated from highschool when she had to board the ESTO-24. Many friends had been made during those Earth years, but now they have been lost. Also, she does not know this ship's language because she grew up in an area where a foreign language was mainly spoken, and her parents purchased me to help her when they had to move to a bigger city where the main language was English. Ever since then, she has grown dependent on me, which I personally do not recommend. I also do not recommend trying to convince her to learn English, because she can get quite stubborn when it comes to changing her life style.

NAME: Tania Meridian

CHARACTERISTICS: Female, in her late 20s. Brown hair and slightly dark skin. Average build and size.

BACKSTORY: She used to be a middle class citizen, who studied some sort of scientific career. She was somewhat extroverted and social. She tended to have the initiative when it came to teamwork, usually leading. Somewhat carefree, hard to bring down. She tends to see the good side of things. She has no idea of why she's in this ship or what happened to Earth though. This suddenly happened.

NAME: Jay Nahl

CHARACTERISTICS: Jay is a 20 year old man with light skin and short black hair who is six feet tall and wears glasses.

BACKSTORY: While growing up Jay was, shall we say, not as smart as his peers. This led to him being alienated, so he would read whatever books he could get his hands on in an attempt to become smarter. This led to him becoming very knowledgeable about almost any subject. However, he may come across as a snobby know-it-all at times due to not having much social exposure.

NAME: Casper Pera

CHARACTERISTICS; Casper is quite old for human life expectancy nowadays - In fact, he's a 158 year old Male. Despite this, he's lived a very healthy life, due to lots of physical exercise and reading in his spare time. A giant, completely white scar is visible over his left eye (from the bottom of his forehead/eyebrows to his chin), which was a result from fighting in a massive war in Europe before the nuclear outbreak. A seasoned veteran, he speaks fairly gruffly and tends to act tough, but he knows full well his survival depends on help from others.

He wears a tattered blue trenchcoat and has completely white, long hair. He also wears cargo pants. Pockets are his thing for whatever reason. Despite being as old as he is, wrinkles aren't quite as common and he's rather buff both in arm, torso, and leg strength. He's no Arnold Schwarzenegger though. On top of all of that, he wears leather boots and keeps a penchant around his neck, tucked into his shirt.

BACKSTORY: Life was alright. Casper started off as a bass player for an experimental rock and roll band, then was drafted into the military, cutting his musical career short when he was forced into action. Surviving both boot camp and incredible campaigns that would've killed any other man, Casper has been through a lot. His former friends and rock partners were killed during an event despite not being in the military, and since then he's been ruthless in his training and military longevity to redirect justice back at his foes.

Of course, Casper isn't invincible. The white scar on his face is a constant reminder that he could've been killed several times in combat trying to save fellow squadmates, but lady luck gave him several chances. He acts quite brash sometimes and despite all of his reading, he tends to not think before rushing into danger head-on. While his instinct works most of the time, there are times where his brain would've served him better.

NAME: Togham Fiel ("to-GHAHM fyel")

CHARACTERISTICS: Togham is a male in his early 20's. He has light skin, short, dark brown hair, is slightly taller than average and has an average weight. He also wears glasses.

BACKSTORY: Although Togham can be very outgoing with his friends, he's usually pretty shy with people he doesn't know well. As a result, he didn't have many friends on Earth, but the ones he did have were very good friends. Unfortunately, he had to leave them behind after the nuclear outbreak, but he tries not to think about that now and does his best to move on to his new life. He was always a bit of a nerd, and did very well in school, but was never interested in sports or exercise, so he's pretty out of shape.

Like Marge, Togham grew up in an area where English normally isn't spoken. His hometown was a rural town in the Western Nation, and his native language is an obscure language pretty much only spoken in his town and a few other surrounding towns. At a young age, he developed a strong interest in foreign languages, starting with English, which was mandatory in school, and can now speak many languages with varying degrees of fluency. Although he never really moved out of his hometown before the nuclear outbreak, he did a lot of traveling starting in his early teenage years.

You wake up on what seems to be a small pod, only big enough for your body. There are many, many pods beside yours, all looking the same. You cannot feel your body; it feels like you have died, and was born once again. Your vision is blurred, your body is numb, and you can listen, though, barely.
You can all hear a male sounding voice coming from outside, it seems it is speaking to all of you.

"This is the year 2253. You all are probably wondering what is going on right now, where are you, and why are you here.

As you may remember, the earth was almost destroyed, due to the nuclear war between the Western coalition of nations, and the Eastern coalition of nations. On the year 2192 the earth was labeled as unsafe for any kind of life form. You were all citizens from the Western nation, chosen to get aboard the ESTO-24 ship, for the sake of finding another planet to populate with earth's life, and rebuilding our home anew.

If you are here, you entered the ship on the year 2200. This would be our first space travel to include more than 100 people, so we didn't know the risks. However, space travel is long, and unforgiving. Many people died because they couldn't endure the gravity, and the resources within the ship were already at their limit after only 3 years. So we decided to take a drastic decision. You were put into cryogenic stasis. After 53 years crusing the galaxy, our researches indicate we may finally have found a new home.

Now, it may take a while for you to be able to exit the stasis pods, but take your time to recover your movements, and absorb all the information.
