JPG :rarrow: update! :rarrow: GIF!
My rating standards: show
I have rated so many levels but I didn't obey any rules. Here is my own rating standard. ( New judging standards! )

I'll give each level an unoffical overview with 100 points in total.

1.Level Quality: (25/100 points): Include level diffculty, graphics and the designing of the level. If a level is so hard or laggy that I can't pass this star will immediately be lost. And if a level is so easy that I can EASILY pass it, I'll cost scores according to the circumstances.
How to judge if a level is laggy:

FPS: 26+: Good.

FPS: 20-26: Not very good, but it can be accepted.

FPS: 14-20: Bad.
FPS: 14-: Terrible, I can't stand!

Here is a tutorial that can prevent a "laggy" level:Why is a Level Laggy?
Tutorial that can make better text in LD: Coming Soon!

2.In-game playing: (45/100 points): Include level decoration, the use of tiles. And if this level is interesting, fascinating and chellenging, etc.

3.Other (30/100 points): Mistakes, bugs and warm tips. If there is any bugs that can't let me pass the level, I'll reduce a lot of points..

Final rating:
0-29 = 1 star
25-59 = 2 stars

60-74 = 3 stars
75-84 = 4 stars
85-100 = 5 stars

I'll continue updating these rules and I'll use these rules to rate levels.

      Hello again, everyone!

We're live from the central stage, bringing you the main event of the evening! The voting stage is finally over, and the envelopes have just arrived. Are you ready for this?

Tonight, we'll know the winners of our eleventh Runouw Votes. But, first and foremost, let's give a round of applause for all our brave participants!
*intense cheering*

And now, the moment you all have been waiting for. Ladies and gentleman, the resu...

      Just a moment, please.
    Mrs. Cameron?

Hold on, what? But I can't do it, then, who will...

Oh, is that right? Okay, then. I'm on my way.
I'm sorry for the delay, everyone. As of now, we're going off the script. The staff has decided I won't be hosting the results anymore, since I'm also a nominee. Exceptionally today, I'll be joining the other participants, and we'll have a guest running the show. Please welcome Olivine, who will do the honors in my stead!

*some applause*

Hello there! Thank you all for your patience, and without further ado, here are...

The Results!

The Best Staff Member award goes to...
          Magician of the Backstage: show

Image

, with 55,6% of the votes!

Among all active staff, Doram took active part in the most varied contributions to backstage work, ranging from substantial Wiki pages and running holiday forums to singlehandedly improving the forum's functionality. Well done, sir! This is your second award in a row, and it still was very much deserved.

    The runners-up were:
and , with 16,7% of the votes each!
, with 11,1% of the votes!

The winner of the Best Normal Member category is...
          Representative of the people: show
Image

, with 50% of the votes!

      Leonardo DiCaprio!

After at least three successive podium runs in a row, Nan has amassed the majority of votes in this category and finally gets to take the trophy home! Hooray!
*cheering and applause*

    The runners-up were:
, with 27,8% of the votes!
, with 22,2% of the votes!

In first place for Best New Member, we have...
Cream of the New Crop: show
Image

, with 77,8% of the votes!

Give a warm welcome for our new official site mascot!

This award was won by a landslide, and not for nothing! You're really active on the Discord server and in the Level Portal. You also have some serious potential in level designing!

And, guys and girls, did you know he can actually play the piano?

    The runners-up were:
and , with 11,1% of the votes each!

In Best Level Designer, the winner is...
          Wielder of Perseverance: show
Image

, with 50% of the votes!

That was a close finish! And a welcome change of pace from the previous Votes, as well. All of this edition's nominees were never highlighted in previous awards!

Karyete's dedication to his levels, both in terms of atmosphere and creative platforming, is what stood out here. Congratulations!

    The runners-up were:
, with 35,7% of the votes!
, with 14,3% of the votes!

The Best Artist Award goes to...
          Factory of Tales: show
Image

, with 38,9% of the votes!

Another photo finish! This edition's nominees consisted mainly of visual artists dishing out new works at a frightening pace. Curiously enough, out of all our nominees, only Karyete and Forgotten participated in the Art Contest back on January.

    The runners-up were:
and , with 27,8% of the votes each!
, with 5,6% of the votes!

The Biggest Fanboy award champion is...
Your local supply of daily doses of Cosmic Tank: show
Image

, with 44,4% of the votes!

Yet another landslide! There was skepticism on this category's future with its olden geniuses either long gone or inactive. However, the community has spoken: we still have a strong representative around - glistening, even! Congrats!

    The runners-up were:
, with 27,8% of the votes!
, with 16,7% of the votes!

The Best Avatar prize goes to...
          Shiny business cards: show
Image

, with 27,8% of the votes!

With rock solid avatars left and right, this was the most competitive category out there. At one point, there even was a quadruple tie for the win.

      Well done, Yuri!

    The runners-up were:
and , with 22,2% of the votes each!
, with 16,7% of the votes!

      The Best Signature's winner is...
          Greenest Garden Around: show
Image

, with 33,3% of the votes!

This was likely the main award in which the old dogs are still going strong, with fewer solid signatures seeing the light of day as of late. Nevertheless, the contestants were top notch, and competition was tough down to the last vote.

      Bravo, SK!

    The runners-up were:
, with 27,8% of the votes!
, with 22,2% of the votes!

The top spot in Funniest Member was claimed by...
Nothing is impossible, There's just the unprecedented: show
Image

, with 44,4% of the votes!

      But not today.

This is the third time Ven and his rocket science steal the spotlight. Thanks a lot for doing what you do best, and keep it up no matter what!

    The runners-up were:
, with 22,2% of the votes!
and , with 16,7% of the votes each!

The Master of a Hidden Talent is...
You just activated my trap card: show
Image

, with 44,4% of the votes!

It's really nice when you hop into the server and play a few tunes. It never fails to cheer the place up!

      Bravo, Harmless!

    The runners-up were:
, with 22,2% of the votes!
, with 16,7% of the votes!

The forum's Most Notable Site Friendship is...
Call me Bond, James Bond: show
Image

and , with 66,7% of the votes!

All shipping aside, it's clear as day you guys would win just from the one time half the crew dropped by on your voice chat at the RPG server.

      Congratulations!

    The runners-up were:
and , with 16,7% of the votes!
and ; and ; , , and , with 5,6% of the votes for each team!

In first place for the Biggest Accomplishment category, we have...
All for a forum that will eventually be old enough to drive: show
Image

's Daily Drawings and 's First Fantasy RPG, with 27,8% of the votes each!

Yes, you read it right. We have a tie for first place!

Nan's pulled off one of the most successful New Year's Resolutions known to man, and Peter's RPG was a big help to revitalize the dedicated Discord server. Congrats to you both!

    The runners-up were:
32nd Level Designer Contest, with 22,2% of the votes!
The implementation of Fulltables and Deleting Jojokes, with 11,1% of the votes each!

And the Best Level award goes to...
          Ready, set, action: show
Image

Mission at Castle Xionne by , with 50% of the votes!

It's a double winning run! With the competitors practically restricted to the 32nd LDC, this trophy was in the bag.

      Well done, KABOOM!

    The runners-up were:
Flickering Forest by , with 28,6% of the votes!
Machine Massacre Facility by , with 14,26% of the votes!

Sorry guys I removed the done date because I have way less time to make SM63 levels now.
Rating Standards: show
This is my Portal rating standards:
I give every level a overview with a total of 100 points.
1. Difficulty(20 points): I will take points off depending on how far has the level been beyond easy or hard. But generally, most of the levels should get full points on this.
2. Graphics(10 points): I will take points off depending on how laggy this level is. Again, generally, most of the levels should get full points on this.
detailed standards on this:
>25 fps: 10/10
20-25 fps: 6-9/10
15-20 fps:1-5/10
<15 fps:0/10
3. In-game playing(40 points): This score shows how fun, playable and unique this level is.
detailed standards on this:
30-40:excellent
20-30:good
10-20:ok
<10:poor
4. Other(30 points):I will give points on this depending on how well does the level use the tiles and items(15 points each). And all points from special rules are added here.
Overall:
0-29/100:1☆
30-49/100:2☆
50-69/100:3☆
70-89/100:4☆
>90/100:5☆

!!!Special Rules!!!
1. If I see any cutoffs-any at all, at least 10 points will be lost.
2. If level does not fit theme, 25 points will be lost.
3. If there's anything that's extraordinarily inspiring and unique, I will add extra points.
4. The harshness of my rating, that means how strict I am while rating the level depends on how long has the author been designing.
5. If there're any flaws that doesn't pertain to all rules above, I will deduct points within reason.

EDIT 1(April 11): decreased the amount of the points given for laggy and bad game playing
Previous Quotes(chronological order): show
Why, Impossible......

My level judgement is very harsh.

A level, just like a person, is Never perfect.

Every time you have more of an item, that item becomes less valuable.
