Part 1: Pokémon Catching 101
After hearing what Elm said, Usuario went to do what Elm suggested: Beat the Johto league and the Elite 4. Just when he was heading into Route 29, Lyra dashed from behind with her Marill, yelling "Usuario!". "Lyra, what do you want? I've gotta hurry up to Violet City," said Usuario. "Well, I guess you don't know how to catch Pokémon. I can teach you if you want. Follow me!" replied Lyra while heading to Route 29. Usuario followed her.

Then, Lyra started jumping like crazy, along with her Marill. "What's that for?" asked Usuario. "Well, it was to lure a wild Pokémon. However, since it's not working, we'll just walk." Just when Lyra took a step, a wild Ratatta popped out of nowhere. "Good," said Lyra in a challenging tone.

"First, we have to weaken the Pokémon enough." Ratatta managed to go first, trying to Tackle Marill. "Quick, Marill, avoid and use Tackle!" Marill managed to avoid just by his tail, literally, as Ratatta hit Marill's tail. Marill quickly managed to counter with his own Tackle, hitting Ratatta down into the ground, somehow leaving Ratatta pretty weak.

"Now, when you think it's weakened enough, you throw a Pokéball at it," said Lyra. "Pokéball, go!" She threw a Pokéball at the Ratatta. It shook three times, and there, Ratatta was captured. "It must shake three times and then a sparkle should pop out. If it doesn't shake 3 times, or if doesn't sparkle, it will not be captured," Lyra explained. "I'll give you these five Poké Balls so you can capture some Pokémon. So, bye!" said Lyra as she gave Usuario five Poké Balls and then left.

"So, if I already know how to capture Pokémon, why don't I capture one?" thought Usuario. He started walking on tall grass, and then, a Pidgey popped out. Usuario's Chikorita got ready. "Chikorita, use Tackle!"

Chikorita dashed at the Pidgey. Pidgey managed to avoid. However, Chikorita made a U-Turn (The term, not the attack) and managed to hit Pidgey from behind. Pidgey fled flying high into the sky. "Curses. Now I won't catch it anytime soon," Usuario murmured to himself.

Just then, he noticed an Air Blimp was flying close to the Pidgey. "Perfect," He told himself. "Chikorita, use Razor leaf on that Air Blimp flying close by that Pidgey!" Chikorita did so. The attack managed to reach the blimp, thus opening small holes in the blimp, which eventually leading to that part of the blimp breaking, leaving a huge hole releasing helium. As the Pidgey that was fighting Usuario was close to that blimp, eventually the helium sent the Pidgey back into the ground, being pretty weakened.

"Whoa, it did work. I was expecting it to be sent flying to around Cianwood City," Usuario said to himself. "Pokéball, go!"Usuario threw the Pokéball, and Pidgey was put inside it. *Shake*...*Shake*...*Shake*...*Sparkle*

"Yes! I caught a Pidgey!" yelled Usuario while holding Pidgey's Pokéball high in his hand and while Chikorita also jumped out of joy. "So...What now?" said Usuario. Chikorita looked Usuario with a "Dude, you just ruined the moment." expression. Then Usuario headed to Violet City.

Part 2: The path has been revealed!
Usuario went trough Cherrygrove City, and he thought, "Hold on, where should I go? When I went to Mr. Pokémon's house, I couldn't get to Violet City, and I didn't see any way to get there, but I DID see some kids in a battle blocking a...man, something's wrong with me." Usuario, then, headed to where those 2 boys were fighting. He noticed they were still there, looking for a battle. Usuario knew the Pokémon Trainer code. "If 2 trainers make eye contact, they must battle."

He saw there was no way to avoid them, and then he thought "Oh well." Usuario walked up to the first young trainer he saw. The young trainer, when he saw Usuario, said, "Hey! I'm Joey! I'll b-" He was interrupted when Usuario said, "Battle me so you can get experience over your loss. I get that a lot." "Go, Pidgey!"

Usuario had sent out the Pidgey he had recently captured. "Go, Ratatta!" said young fellow Joey as he sent out his Ratatta. "Ratatta, use Tackle!" "Pidgey, avoid and counter with your own Tackle!" Pidgey flew to avoid Ratatta's Tackle, and Pidgey hit Ratatta with his own Tackle, pushing it against the floor. Then, Pidgey accidentally stepped on Ratatta's tail, which sent Ratatta running crazy out of pain.

"Ratatta, come back!" said Joey, but Ratatta had so much pain, it couldn't hear him. Eventually, Ratatta hit a tree, some apples fell on top of it, and it was knocked out. "Ratatta, return!" said Joey. Joey gave Usuario some money, and then they shared Pokégear numbers.

Usuario went ahead, and he saw another trainer. He walked up to him, and he said, "Hey! I'm Mikey! Let's fight!" "Why not?" replied Usuario. "Go, Pidgey!" said Youngster Mikey as he sent out his Pidgey. "Chikorita, get ready," said Usuario to his Chikorita and he got into an "I'm ready!" pose.

"Chikorita, use Tackle!" Chikorita ran as fast as he could to Pidgey. "Pidgey, avoid and fly to that balloon up in the air!" Pidgey avoided and flew to some balloon that accidentally some kid released, and he stood on it. "Chikorita, do like with the Blimp!" Chikorita used Razor Leaf on the balloon. Pidgey thought the attack was for him and he flew a little higher and stood on the balloon again.

Like the blimp, eventually the small holes created a huge hole which released helium, which sent Pidgey flying high up in the sky. "Pidgey!" yelled Mikey as he saw Pidgey was falling. Pidgey hit the ground and was KO'd. "Pidgey, return!" Pidgey returned to his Pokéball.
"Go, Ratatta!" Youngster Mikey sent out Ratatta. "Come here, Chikorita," Chikorita stood by Usuario's side. "Go, Pidgey!" Usuario sent out his Pidgey. "Ratatta, Tackle!" "Pidgey, avoid and counter with your own Tackle!"

Pidgey avoided by moving to a side, and hit Ratatta from behind. Ratatta was sent out spinning like a wheel, and it hit a tree. A Weedle fell on Ratatta's face. "I got it," thought Mikey. "Ratatta, use Tackle!" Ratatta did so, and the Weedle was sent flying into Pidgey! "Now, Ratatta, use Tackle on Pidgey!" "Pidgey, avoid!" Pidgey tried to stand up, but he couldn't, as a Weedle was on top of him.

When Ratatta was getting close, Weedle got out of the way, and Pidgey saw Ratatta was going to Tackle him. But it was too late; Pidgey didn't have time to react, and ended up being hurt badly. "Ratatta! Finish this off with another Tackle!" Ratatta was running up to Pidgey. Hope was lost for Usuario, when suddenly, Pidgey hurled sand in Ratatta's direction! Ratatta stopped, as he could not see where Pidgey was.

"Oh my! It's Sand-Attack!" said Mikey in a shocked tone. "Awesome," said Usuario. "Now, Pidgey, YOU finish this with a Tackle!" Pidgey flew from behind Ratatta, but somehow, Ratatta managed to predict Pidgey would be coming from behind and it hit Pidgey first. Pidgey was hurt again...NOW hope was lost. Pidgey fell into the ground. When Ratatta was going to deliver the finish blow, he noticed Pidgey wasn't there, but Ratatta was hurt by a gust of wind from behind!

"Impossible! It learned Gust?!" said Mikey, again, in a shocked tone. "Wow. That was too quick to learn a new move." Said Usuario. "Anyways, Pidgey, finish this off with a Gust!" Pidgey sent out another gust of wind, and it KO'd Ratatta. "Ratatta! Return!" said Mikey as Ratatta returned to his Pokéball.

"Good game, Mikey," said Usuario as he returned Pidgey to his Pokéball. "Good game...Uh...What is your name?" asked Mikey. "Usuario," replied Usuario. "Good game, Usuario. Here's your prize money." Mikey gave Usuario the prize money. Then, Usuario noticed that the Violet City's gate wasn't pretty far, so he dashed into Violet City.

Part 3: Extreme Learning and Battling!
Usuario finally got to Violet City. Just as he entered, he saw a small building with a sign that read, "Violet City Pokémon Trainer School! Free for everyone!" "Nice name for it. Simple, but nice," thought Usuario. He entered and he noticed some people were there. "Everyone, sit down please," said the teacher. Everyone did so.

"So, today, I'll teach you about status ailments," said the teacher. "There are five total status ailments. They are: Poison, Paralysis, Freeze, Sleep and Burn. Poison drains your HP each turn, Paralysis lowers your speed and sometimes makes you unable to move, Freeze makes your Pokémon unable to move, Sleep is the same as Freeze, and Burn lowers your health and attack. That's all the class!" said the teacher. Usuario, after hearing everything, said, "Wow. She said it pretty quickly. Awesome! Wish I had a teacher like that in Sinnoh."

Usuario, then, left the school. He was going to Violet Gym, but he noticed lots of Pokémon coming from where he came from. Chikorita started to talk with one of the Pokémons, and he figured out what it was. Usuario had no idea what happened, until he saw a human running from an enraged Fearow.
"Sir! What's going on?" asked Usuario. The man answered, "I was walking, while one of my Berries fell from my bag. I grabbed it, and then this Fearow tried to steal it. I tricked him and ran away. Now he's pretty enraged!" "I'll handle this myself. Chikorita, ready?"

Chikorita started with something unexpected... PoisonPowder! Fearow stopped. He didn't want to get poisoned. However, he got hit from behind by Chikorita, and he got Poisoned! Fearow, angrily used Drill Peck on Chikorita! Sadly, Chikorita was OHKO'd. "Chikorita, return!" Chikorita returned to his Pokéball. "Go, Pidgey!" Usuario sent out Pidgey. "Pidgey, you're our only hope," said Usuario. "I can't really do anything. Can you handle it on your own?" Usuario asked Pidgey. Pidgey shook his head up and down, and he noticed Fearow started with a Drill Peck.

Pidgey avoided the attack. Fearow flew up high, and Pidgey used Gust. Normally, on a Dig (A move similar to Fly) you are invincible except for certain attacks. The same applies to Fly. Pidgey used Gust and it hit Fearow knocking it down to the floor! It was not done yet... Fearow stood up! He was hurt by poison, but still he could battle.

Pidgey noticed the battle couldn't keep going close to the ground, and he flew up high (not using Fly). Fearow followed him, and the battle continued on air. Pidgey tried to use Sand-Attack, but he noticed Fearow was unaffected when Fearow quickly tried to use Peck on Pidgey! Pidgey managed to avoid and hit Fearow from behind with a Tackle.

It continued like that. Fearow tried to use Drill Peck or Peck, Pidgey avoided and used Tackle from behind. The process repeated a few times until Fearow managed to land a Peck. Pidgey fell a bit backwards, but recovered. Usuario was watching on safe ground. "Weird. If Fly, Drill Peck and Peck are his only moves, why did I see some Pikachu also running away?"

Back on the air, it became an avoid match. Both Pokémon avoided the attacks. Both Pokémon stopped, and Fearow flew backwards. Pidgey thought he was giving up, so he let his guard down. Sadly, he was wrong. Some yellow-orange energy covered Fearow's body. Then, a purple energy sphere surrounded Fearow and the energy was swirling around him! It was Giga Impact! "...Oh. Now I see," said Usuario.

Sadly, Pidgey didn't have enough time to react, and he fell down to the floor in a huge crash! "Pidgey!" Usuario quickly ran over to Pidgey to see if he was fine. However, he retired while saying "Pidgey, avoid!" once he saw Fearow was charging Giga Impact again. Pidgey, luckily, managed to avoid using a new move: Quick Attack! Fearow smashed against the ground! "Wow...," said Usuario.

Fearow recovered and he tried to Drill Peck Pidgey once more. Pidgey avoided and used Quick Attack! Fearow was injured severely, and fell onto the floor, where poison managed to finish him off. Pidgey flew back into the floor. "Pidgey, you're awesome!" said Usuario. All the Pokémon cheered as they saw Fearow was KO'd and they returned to their homes. The man said, "Whoa, thank you, kid! As a reward, I'll give you this! It can revive a fainted Pokémon!" The man gave Usuario a Revive. After that, Usuario headed to the Pokémon Center.

After beating a wild tough opponent, Usuario now heads to the Violet Gym so he can win his f-
"Hey, where did you come from?" Usuario asked the mysterious voice.
You don't have to mind. Now, he will head to the Violet Gym so he can win his First Johto medal! This story will be continued!

Part 4: The Sprout Tower!
"What?!" Yelled Usuario as he saw on the Gym's entrance a paper that said that the Gym was not available at that moment. "Really? Now, what do I do?" A man heard him yell and told him "Why don't you go train to the Sprout Tower?" Suggested that man. "What would I do th-"Usuario stopped talking when he saw Andrea was entering Sprout Tower. "Thanks for the suggestion, mysterious man that I don't know." Said Usuario as he headed off to the Sprout Tower.

He entered the Sprout Tower. He noticed the tower was shaking. He looked that close to the tower, there was a note for people to know about it shaking and that stuff. "Let's see..." Said Usuario as he started reading. "The tower itself is over 100 feet tall and is held together by a giant flexible pillar that shakes from side to side. This flexibility protects the tall tower from earthquakes and symbolizes the battles that are occurring on upper floors. Legend has it that a 100-foot-tall Bellsprout was used to make the swaying pillar. It is inhabited by monks who study diligently and teach that all living beings coexist through cooperation." "Well, kinda nice." Said Usuario. Usuario then entered.

The first thing he saw was a monk. Usuario read somewhere that Falkner was a flying-type Leader. Usuario wanted to train Pidgey pretty well, so he could do well against Falkner's strong Pokémon. "Pidgey, get ready." Usuario then approached the monk. "Hey, you want to battle? It will help us to coexist trough cooperation." The Sage, called Nico, sent out his Bellsprout. "Go, Pidgey!" Pidgey came from behind Usuario. "Pidgey, use Gust!" Pidgey used Gust. Bellsprout, when tried to run, tripped over and was OHKOd by a single Gust.

"Bellsprout, come back." "Go, Bellsprout!" He sent another Bellsprout. Basically, the same happened, and he sent another Bellsprout. Again, the same happened. He continued, and saw another monk. Basically, all the monks on those floors had only Bellsprout. Usuario thought "Wow. They want to finish off my PP for when I get to the last floor." He got to the almost last floor, and he fought a Sage with a Bellsprout. "Bellsprout, return." Said Sage Troy after his Bellsprout was KOd. "Go, Hoothoot!" He had sent out a Hoothoot! "Wow. Finally. Something to vary."Said Usuario. "Use Hypnosis!" Said Troy. "Hold on! I remember what this move does!" FLASHBACK TIEM!

Usuario was watching TV on his room. He was watching a battle. It was a Shuckle against a Gengar. "Gengar, use Hypnosis!" Shuckle was too slow to avoid and he fell asleep. Shuckle couldn't wake up and eventually, Gengar won the match. END FLASHBACK!

Usuario quickly reacted "Pidgey! Avoid and counter with Quick Attack!" Pidgey flew a little high and countered with a Quick Attack. "Hoothoot! Hypnosis!" Hoothoot didn't have time to react, and was hit pretty harshly. "Hoothoot, Tackle!" Hoothoot tried to jump to Pidgey. "Pidgey, Gust!" Pidgey used Gust to counter the Tackle. Hoothoot was blown away, he hit a pillar, and was knocked out. "Yeah, prize money, let me continue." As Usuario got to the highest floor in the Sprout Tower, he directly noticed Andrea was battling the elder.

"Cyndaquil, use Ember!" Andrea's Cyndaquil's Ember managed to OHKO the Elder Li's Bellsprout. "Give me that TM already."The Elder gave her the TM and she used an Escape Rope to go away. "What a coward." Said Usuario. "So, you must be the Elder." Said Usuario. "Yes. Yes I am. I guess you're here to train, right? I'm your last objective. Now, show me what you got!" Well, basically...He sent out a Bellsprout and Usuario did what he does best: Gust the Bellsprout.

"Go, Hoothoot!" He sent out his Hoothoot. "Use Hypnosis!" Pidgey was in front of a mirror, and he avoided. The mirror deflected the attack. Hoothoot was hit, but it had no effect. "Seems we have Insomnia here. Pidgey, use Sand-Attack!" Pidgey used Sand Attack, and that made Hoothoot unable to see. "Pidgey, use Gust!" Pidgey used Gust. "Avoid, Hoothoot!" Hoothoot didn't know from where the Gust was coming, so he jumped DIRECTLY into Gust. He was sent out flying into a pillar!

He was not done yet, but sand had entered on his eyes, and he was blind. "Hoothoot, use Hypnosis!" Funnily, Hoothoot used Hypnosis against the Elder and the Elder fell asleep. Basically, Pidgey spammed Quick attack and he KOd it. "Hoothoot, return." The fact the Elder sent out another Bellsprout gave Usuario the victory. "Here's the TM." The Elder gave Usuario the TM that was Flash. He then noticed an Escape Rope lying on the ground. Instead of escaping like Andrea did, he tosses one side of the rope down the hole where the Pillar is. The rope got to the bottom, but Usuario's plans were frustrated when someone pulled the rope from below. Usuario then went crashing trough the floors, while meeting with some stuff...

"Wood!" Yelled Usuario as he crashed on the 3rd floor.
"Pokémon statue!" Yelled Usuario as he crashed trough the Bellsprout statue on the 2nd floor.
"Real Pokémon!" Yelled Usuario as he crashed trough a Sage's Bellsprout on the 1st floor. He finally crashed at the last floor.
"Ow. Whatever, I'm on the Ground Floor." Usuario then got up and left the Sprout Tower.

He went to the Gym and noticed the Gym was open! However, before he entered, he had to heal his Pokémon. What surprises will await him on the Gym? Will he win his 1st badge? Will he manage to beat the trainers on the Gym? Why am I asking too many questions? You'll find out most of the answers on the next part!

Part 5: Air Trainer Battle!
Usuario was standing on front of the Violet City Gym. "Chikorita, here it is. One of our eight, nine or ten most important moments in our adventure. Are you ready?" Asked Usuario. Chikorita, happily shook his head up and down, to say he was ready. Usuario entered the Gym, with Chikorita following from behind. The first thing Usuario saw when he entered was a big, elevator-like platform. Usuario stepped in it, and in fact, it WAS an elevator.

Usuario noticed a path, and there were three trainers on that path. "Chikorita, get ready to fight." Usuario walked up to the first trainer he saw. "Hey, you! You're going to challenge the Gym Leader? Then, you'll have to beat me!"Said Bird Keeper Abe when he sent out his Spearow. "Chikorita, get ready." Chikorita hopped into the front. "Chikorita, Razor Leaf!" Chikorita used Razor Leaf, but Spearow easily avoided. " Hah! You think you can win me with that? Spearow, Fury Attack!" Spearow quickly rushed to Chikorita. "...I got it! Chikorita, do the same you did with that Fearow!"

Chikorita used PoisonPowder, and that made Spearow stop. Well, only Shroomish and Breloom like to get poisoned. Spearow was Tackled from behind, and that led him to fall on the PosionPowder, and well...He got Poisoned. Spearow still tried to use Fury Attack. "Chikorita, avoid!" Chikorita avoided all the attacks, and accidentally, Spearow's wing hit Chikorita's sharp leaf! Spearow fell into the ground. He was in pain, as...Well...He got leafcutted! Get it? Papercutted, leafcutted...Whatever. "Spearow! What's happening?" Spearow showed his trainer the injured wing. "Chikorita, Razor Leaf!" Spearow couldn't fly, so he was hit easily by Razor Leaf, and eventually, he fainted.

Usuario then continued into the next trainer. "I'm the last trainer before you fight the Leader. It seems you have no fear, as you didn't take the Crystalline Path to avoid us." Said Bird Keeper Rod. "What do you mean?" Asked Usuario. Rod then pointed at the Crystalline Path on the Gym. "You could have taken that path to avoid us. But anyways, let's get to the point. Go, Pidgey!" Rod sent out a Pidgey. "Go, Chikorita!" Chikorita stood up in front, and basically, Usuario did the same he did with Spearow. He sent out another Pidgey and the same. After beating him, Usuario finally continued to the last trainer-the Gym Leader, Falkner! Will Usuario beat Falkner? Will the Battlefield be awesome? Will Pidgey's eyes get filled with sand? Why am I asking too many questions lately? You'll find out on the next part!

Part 6: The air fight for the badge!
"It's time." Said Usuario. He finally got past those two trainers, and his only challenge left on Violet City was...The Gym Leader. Dun dun duuuun! Usuario approached Falkner and said "Well, are you the Gym Leader? If so, I-" "You want to challenge me to get the badge from Violet City to then go to Azalea Town. I get that a LOT. Anyways, let's begin!" Finished Falkner.

"This place is too small!" Said Usuario. He noticed the platform both trainers were standing was moving upwards, and that revealed a big Battlefield. "...Wow." Said Usuario. Chikorita was also amazed. " "Anyways, Chikorita, go!" Chikorita got in front. Usuario knew that this could only mean Danger-He's fighting a Flying-Type Gym Leader. The same strategies won't work. "Go, Pidgey!" Falkner had sent out a Pidgey. "Pidgey, use Tackle!" Pidgey began the match with a Tackle.

"Chikorita, get ready..." Chikorita got ready for any kind of action. Pidgey got closer and closer to Chikorita..."Use PoisonPowder!" Pidgey tried to stop, but it was too late-He couldn't avoid the PoisonPowder. He got poisoned, and at the same time, he got close to Chikorita. "Chikorita, use Razor Leaf!" All the leaves hit Pidgey, as he was pretty close. "Pidgey, Sand-Attack!" Pidgey managed to use Sand-Attack, even though he had lots of injuries.

Chikorita was surrounded by a big cloud of sand. He couldn't see where Pidgey was. "Chikorita, get ready. You must expect the unexpected!" Pidgey came from behind with a powerful Tackle. Chikorita didn't have time to react, and thus, was knocked out into the floor. Pidgey kept using Tackle, until Chikorita fainted. Chikorita! Ugh, come back." Usuario returned Chikorita to his Pokéball. It seemed Falkner's Pidgey had won the round, but Poison finished it off. " Pidgey, return." Said Falkner.

"Go, Pidgeotto!" Falkner had sent out his secret weapon-His Pidgeotto. "Hm. Go, Pidgey!" Usuario sent out his Pidgey. "Seems this will be a family fight. Pidgeotto, use Tackle!" Pidgeotto dashed at Pidgey with an incredible speed. "Pidgey, avoid and counter with Quick Attack!" Pidgey flew up and hit Pidgeotto from behind with a Quick Attack. Basically, it continued like that for a long time. Usuario grabbed a comic and started reading it. Some time later, Usuario finished reading the comic. "Enough already! Pidgey, use Gust!"

Pidgeotto was hurt by the Gust. "Pidgeotto, use Roost!" Pidgeotto restored most of it's health, until Pidgey spammed Quick Attack on it. Pidgey was too fast, and Pidgeotto didn't have time to act. He finally avoided a Quick Attack, which made Pidgey hurt himself on the floor. Pidgeotto spammed Tackle all over. Pidgey, after getting really hurt some times, avoided, and both went back to their sides. "Pidgeotto, finish this off with a powerful Gust!" Pidgeotto started charging a really big Gust. "Wait! Not that powerful!" Falkner yelled. It was too late-Pidgeotto released that Gust. "Pidgey, avoid!" Pidgey easily avoided the Gust. But, why Falkner didn't want a lot of power?

After Pidgeotto used Gust, all the dust gathered, and since it missed, it crashed against a wall, and it filled all of the Battlefield with a big cloud of dust. Both teams couldn't see anything. Pidgey memorized Pidgeotto's location, but Pidgeotto couldn't memorize Pidgey's location. "Pidgeotto, expect a frontal hit!" Pidgeotto got himself ready for a frontal hit. However, Pidgey flew from below and hit him with a Back hit. The dust finally cleared up and we got to Pidgeotto being KOd.

"Return, Pidgeotto." Falkner put Pidgeotto back into his Pokéball. Usuario sent out Chikorita (It just couldn't battle). "Chikorita! Pidgey! We did it! You're totally awesome!" Said Usuario as he hugged them both. After celebrating, Usuario stood in front of Falkner. Falkner said "Good job, young trainer. You showed that with lots of effort, fighting and teamwork, you can always accomplish your goals. Here, I give you the Zephyr Badge!" Usuario grabbed the Zephyr Badge and happily yelled "Yes! I got the Zephyr Badge!" Pidgey and Chikorita also jumped out of joy.

"With this badge, you can use Rock Smash outside of battle. Oh, also take this." Falkner said as he gave Usuario the TM51, Roost. "Roost manages to restore a Flying-type's health. However, it leaves you highly vulnerable to any attack." After getting the Badge, Usuario went to the Pokémon Center.

After he finished healing his Pokémon, he asked the nurse "Nurse Joy, so, I just got the Zephyr Badge, now where do I go?" Nurse Joy replied "Well, you could go South directly to go to Azalea Town, or you could go to Route 36 to explore the Ruins of Alph first." "Thanks, Nurse Joy." Said Usuario as he left to explore the Ruins of Alph. What surprises will await us on the next chapter? You'll find out soon!

END OF CHAPTER 2.

You know, more action scenes will be coming.

At the start, you don't battle much.

And don't dare to think I left the story stranded like I did with my other story. It's just...Well, let me explain the 4 I have in debt.

1: I was too busy. Had to do something for school.
2: Had to go to Valencia. Got here pretty late (Really. I mean it. 9:00 PM.) and didn't have time.
3 (Yesterday) : Was on my grandfather's house and there was no Internet there.
4 (Today) : Came back and I'm pretty busy. Have to study for a final exam.

But look at the bright side! Summer vacation's coming up on June 30th, and I'll have like 104 days or so to write the story!

Oh, and to anyone who cares, Jirachi can be downloaded on Mystery Gift now.

Is Usuario you? Or an actual Pokemon Character? Let me make it known now that it bugs me BEYOND belief when people put themselves into fanfics based off of TV shows-movies-card games. BEYOND FRECKEN BELIEF.

Flipping through 1st person and 3rd person narration can work, if you alternate between chapters like James Patterson. NEVER in the same chapter, especially with no divider. I have to say, though, I love your first person narration.

Also, while I'm at it, your quotation puncuation needs work. The way it's all clumped together really makes it hard to tell what is dialogue and what isn't.

The more I read it, too, the cheesier it gets. Just like an episode of Pokemon. I don't know whether to add or subtract points for that. And some of the dialogue isn't really well written, so It's painful to read. Maybe you should make Zunar's edits the actual story, so it's easy to read, cause I never would have read those edited versions cause they're not the actual story. Cut and paste them into the actual story body, aye?

Maybe it's just that you're from a different country, though. Sorry. :?

Kudos, though, on Making Pokemon battles understandable for the first time in my life.

Re: Pokémon SS: The adventure of a life!

Postby UsuarioTHf » July 8th, 2010, 8:22 pm

Anyways, Chapter 3 preview!
"Eh, nice. This place has that feeling...That adventurous feeling..." Said Usuario when he was entering the Ruins of Alph.
"Chikorita, look! That Pokémon's being attacked by some Unown!" Usuario hadn't seen that Pokémon before, so he scanned it with his Pokédex.
"...Use Tackle!"...Dashed at Chikorita. "Chikorita, avoid!" Chikorita managed to do so.
It was so dark, they had to use...To brighten up the way.
"Weird. I just enter Azalea Town, and the rain stops. And, what's with all the missing people outside the houses?"Said Usuario as he entered Azalea Town.
"You're that criminal team that was stopped three years ago!" Yelled Usuario loudly.
"Nice. A puzzle." Said Usuario as he looked at the design of the Gym.
"...Use Ember!" The Playful Pokémon tried to counter...'s U-Turn with an Ember, and it managed to work.

Part 1: The Ruins of Alph!
On real-life time, Usuario gives the narrator a rest.
"Now, back to the story, with me as the narrator." Says Usuario.

Lots of questions lurked on my mind. What challenges awaited me? Will they ever repair what I accidentally broke at Sprout Tower? And why Andrea has been that evil here? She was one of the best students in the classroom. Without knowing the answer to any of those questions, I continued. After some walking, I reached Route 36. A man approached to me. "Hello, little guy! What are you doing around here? Just to let you know, the path to Ecruteak City is being blocked by a weird tree." Said the man. "I don't need to go to Ecruteak City right now. Possibly later. I want to go to the Ruins of Alph." I said. "Go there, little guy." Said the old man while he pointed at the Ruins of Alph. I ran to the Ruins and yelled to the man "Thank you!" I entered the Ruins of Alph shortly after.
I looked around the placed. It looked...Ruiny. "Eh, nice. This place has that feeling...That adventurous feeling..." I said. I walked around, exploring the place. After a while, I noticed the entrance to the Ruins. I entered them.
The place was actually quite lonely. I saw a small room. Nothing really interesting, except something that seemed like a puzzle. I approached to it, noticing that it WAS a puzzle. "Let's see...A piece around here, a spin around here..." It took me quite a while to get the figure of what I was searching: A Ho-Oh. "Finally. So, what do I get?" I was unclear if I had unlocked something or not, until a trapdoor opened below my feet. "Ack!" I fell. I stood up, and thought "God. 2 chapters in which I fall. This is becoming cliché." Shortly after, I noticed someone.
"Finally, someone else!" Said a researcher trapped into the ruins. "I found some stairs to get down here, when suddenly the trapdoor closed! I was caught in here researching the Unown." "Unown?" I asked. He replied "The Unown are Pokemon. They only learn Hidden Power, but they're rare around here. Some people actually research about the Unown, as they can also cause interferences. That's why I couldn't call so I could get out of here. I'll give you an Unown Report. Since you solved the puzzle, I know you'll be a great Unown researcher." He gave me an Unown Report. It had nothing in it. "Well, I'm out of here. Random researcher is out. Peace!" He said as he climbed up the stairs. I looked at the Unown Report, knowing that I would have more with the Unown than just researching them...

Chapter 1: show
So, you remember my other story? It was cut off because of random light cut-offs. So, I got SoulSilver, and I'll make a story about it. Here's a description or a brief preview of the whole 1st chapter:
"So, Professor Elm told me to help him on something? Cool. Wonder what it will be." Usuario told himself. He walked out of the front door to Professor Elm's lab.
"I need you to give this egg to Mr. Pokémon," Elm told Usuario. Usuario answered "Okay."
Coming back to Elm's lab, Usuario saw a familiar face. He easily recognized that person, as he hated that person...
"...stuff can really change in a year, you know," said Usuario.
"...Use Tackle!" The person avoided the attack, unluckily for Usuario.
After saying bye to his mom, Usuario set on a journey to beat all 8 Johto Gym Leaders.

Part 1: The Mystery Egg.

"...Use Fire Blast!"...Man. It just HAD to miss.
Hello. I'm Usuario. I'm fighting someone. However, you may ask how did I get here, right? It all started a long time ago. It started when I got my 1st Pokémon...

It was a normal morning like every normal morning seen in Johto. The Pidgeys were flying on the blue sky, the caves were so calm...But who cares, anyway. It was a simple morning. I woke up, put my normal clothes on and went downstairs. I said hi to my mom. She told me my friend Lyra was waiting for me outside, so I grabbed my hat and my bag and went outside my house.

Once I got outside, Lyra's Marill came over to me and hopped into me. "Marill! Even though that was fun, it's tiring, too!" said an extremely tired Lyra. "Oh, hi Usuario! Professor Elm told me to tell you to visit his lab, as he needs help for something. Not sure for what." I was pretty excited. "So, Professor Elm told me to help him on something? Cool. Wonder what it will be," Usuario told himself. He walked to Professor Elm's lab, which was to the right of his house. Pretty close, huh?

???: Wai-wai-wait. Why did you all of a sudden start talking in 3rd person?
Me: Well, I got a narrator to tell the long story. Anyways, keep talking narrator.

Usuario walked into Elm's lab. "Hello, Usuario! So, ready to help me?" greeted Elm."Why not?" replied Usuario. "Good. You see, a while ago, Professor Oak gave me this egg, and I need you to take it to Mr. Pokémon."
"...Can't he just go to Mr. Pokémon's house by himself?" asked Usuario. Elm replied, "I was coming to that part. You see, Professor Oak knows that I'm researching of the bond of Walking Pokémon and their trainer, so he gave me the egg so a trainer would deliver it to Mr. Pokémon. I choose you to go and give the egg to Mr. Pokémon."
Usuario replied, "But I'm no-" Elm interrupted him and said, "I was GOING to that part. I'll give you a Pokémon so you can go trough the routes safely, as it's dangerous to go without Pokémon because wild Pokémon may attack you out of the nowhere. You may choose from 3 Pokémon. Chikorita, Cyndaquil or Totodile. Come here. I'll show you the starters."

Usuario followed him. He saw Cyndaquil and thought, "It seems too overselected for some reason." He looked at Totodile and thought, "He looks too...Crocodiley...Wait. Did I just make that up?" He finally put his eyes on Chikorita. "Nice. Not so overused, not so animally. I made that up?...Awesome!" Usuario told Professor Elm he wanted Chikorita. Once Cyndaquil and Totodile heard that, they sadly went into their Pokéballs. "Here, take the Egg Professor Oak gave me. Now, Mr Pokémon's house is on Route 30. There's where you have to go and deliver the egg." Elm gave Usuario the egg. Usuario left Elm's lab with his Chikorita following from behind.

Lyra saw Usuario getting out of Elm's lab with his Chikorita following from behind. "Hey, Usuario! Nice Chikorita! You should show it to your mom!" Lyra said to Usuario. "Well, I was going to do so, as I have to go to deliver this Egg to Mr. Pokémon." Usuario told Lyra. "Well, see you later." Usuario walked to his house, told his mom everything, and she answered, "Well, okay, but be careful! I'll give you 5 Potions. If your Pokémon feels tired, just give him one, and it will be just fine."
"Thanks mom, bye!" Usuario replied as he walked out of his house.

Usuario didn't know that this would be the start of a new adventure, with surprises, lots of battles, trust, friendship, and a rivalry with some old person he hated...

Part 2: The Grooving Cherry.
Usuario went trough Route 29, defeating Pokémon with his trusted Chikorita. He tried to catch a Pidgey, however, he didn't have any Pokéballs. He also saw an Apricorn, but he thought, "I don't have a place to store them, so why bothering getting one?" After some battles and some talking to trainers, he finally got to Cherrygrove City. As he entered, an old man saw Usuario's face, and he somehow noticed Usuario was a beginner trainer.

The old man walked to Usuario and told him, "Hello, trainer! I bet you don't know about Pokémon Centers or Pokémon Marts! You want me to introduce them to you?" Usuario, with a "What a weirdo" tone said "Okaaay..."
"Then, folow me!" said the energetic old man. He ran to the front of a building with an orange roof, while Usuario, compared to the old man, slowly tried to keep with him.

"This is the Pokémon Center. Here you can heal your Pokémon and trade Pokémon with friends." He then continued to a building with a blue roof, and again, Usuario tried to keep up. "This is the Pokémon Mart, or Pokémart for short. Here you can buy items for catching Pokémon, for healing your Pokémon, or even to prevent that any wild Pokémon from showing up!"

The old man ran to his house, and again, Usuario really slowly walked there. "This is my house. If you need any help, come see me." The old man quickly ran to Cherrygrove City's north exit, and when Usuario got there, he almost fell on the floor because he was pretty tired. "This is Cherrygrove City's exit to Route 30. Now, since you did well keeping up, I'll give you some Running Shoes." Usuario, with an exhausted voice, said, "Oh god finally."

He put the Running Shoes and went right away in Route 30 while saying, "Now to deliver that Egg to Mr. Pokémon!"
The old man then told to himself "...Hold on, those were my Running Shoes! Who cares. Funny, some while ago, my son made a song about some kid delivering an egg to Mr. Pokémon and he has it on his laptop that I hav-...WHERE'S THE LAPTOP?!"

While on Route 30, Usuario is transferring that song into his MP3. "Well, I'll hurry up and give the Laptop to the old man."
...Some while later, the old man sees the laptop in his backpack, while Usuario goes through Route 30 with his MP3, hearing that song.

He is a trainer with an important mission
He must deliver a really mysterious egg
His objective is a house in Route 30!
He's got some running shoes, given by an old man.

He has a Chikorita, and I bet you a fiver
His mission is gonna be successful
He is too young to drive a car
However he's not young to run

Aw yeah, I'll bet you a fiver!
That he'll be successful

Ooh-ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh! Woo!

Part 3: Apricorns and a Pokédex
After walking and fighting for a long while, Usuario finally got to a house. "Finally! Mr. Pokémon's house!" He entered the house and he saw an old man. "Oh, hello! If you're searching for Mr. Pokémon's house, it's not here. people confuse this house for Mr. Pokémon's house a lot," said the old man. "Aww," Usuario, disappointed, was about to leave the house until the old man yelled "Wait! I can give you something!" "What is it? Hurry up, I've got to deliver an egg."

The old man said, "Well, you know about Apricorns, right? You can't take them normally, but with THIS Apricorn Box, you can hold up like 99 Apricorns of each color! You want it?" "...Well, sure!" said Usuario while he grabbed the Apricorn Box and walked out of the house.
Usuario, again, walked, fought and saw a trainer battle until he found another house. "Hope this is Mr. Pokémon's house," Usuario entered that house. He saw Mr. Pokemon. "Are you Mr. Pokemon?" asked Usuario. "Why, yes I am," replied Mr. Pokemon. "What do you need, little young trainer?"

"Well, you see, Professor Elm told me to give you an egg. Here you go!" Usuario gave the egg to Mr. Pokemon. Mr. Pokemon noticed the egg was hatching and he put it on a desk. The egg hatched into a Sentret! Usuario saw it, and then Professor Oak went into the house. "Hello, Mr. Pokemon! Oh, you must be Usuario. Professor Elm has told me about you," said Oak. "Hello, Professor Oak. So, you're called Usuario? Usuario, would you deliver this egg to Professor Elm?" asked Mr. Pokemon.

"Well, okay," replied Usuario. Just before he walked outside of the house, Oak yelled, "Wait! Do you have a Pokedex?" Usuario's reply was "No."
"As I said, Elm has told me alot about you. You could go and fill the Pokedex so you could help me on my research. I'll give you one," Oak told Usuario. He gave him a Pokedex, and then Usuario left.

Part 4: Rise of a Rival
Usuario, after leaving Mr. Pokémon's house, ran to New Bark Town. He healed his Pokémon while he was at Cherrygrove City, and then went down the ledges again. Just when he was about to enter New Bark Town, he saw a familiar face. He easily recognized that person, as he hated that person...

"Andrea," said Usuario with a challenging tone. Usuario saw Andrea running from Elm's lab, dashing to get out of New Bark Town. Andrea bumped with Usuario, and they both fell to the ground. "Ow! Watch where you run!" said Usuario, and Andrea replied, "You watch where you st-" She stopped when she saw that she had bumped with Usuario. "Usuario?! What are you doing here?!" asked Andrea in a shocked impression.

"Well, I come here because I'm on summer vacation, but what are YOU doing here? All the 5 years I've been here in Johto while in the 104 days of summer vacation, I haven't seen you!" replied Usuario. Andrea aggressively replied, "That's not of your matter! Now, get out of my way or else I'll beat you up with that Cyndaquil I stole from that useless professor!" She sent out 'her' Cyndaquil.

Usuario said, "Whoa, Andrea. How did you get so aggressive in so small tim-...You stole Professor Elm's Cyndaquil?! I'm not gonna let you get away with this!" Usuario then told Chikorita to get ready to battle. "Cyndaquil, use Tackle!" "Chikorita, avoid!" Chikorita barely avoided.

"Now, Chikorita, counterattack with your own Tackle!" "Cyndaquil, avoid and use Tackle!" Cyndaquil avoided the attack, unluckily for Usuario. However, Cyndaquil had jumped in the air, and Usuario used that to his advantage. "Avoid that Tackle, Chikorita!" Chikorita avoided the attack, and the result was Cyndaquil smacking his head against the floor.

"...I got it! Cyndaquil, try to spin like a wheel while using Tackle to make a move like a Tackle Wheel!" Cyndaquil manages to do so. "Chikorita, run! RUN!" Chikorita fled from the bowling ball that was Cyndaquil. Oddly enough, some guys close by were singing a song...

Pin, pin, pin, pin-bowlin' along
Doo doo doo doo, doo doo doo doo
Yeah!
Pin, pin, pin, pin-bowlin' along
Doo doo doo doo, doo doo doo doo doo doo
Better put your quarter in and take me for a spin,
But you gotta pull the lever back before we begin,
We'll take a trip or two around the table
Before we drop.

Keep your fingers on the flippers and your eye on the ball
We'll be bouncing off the bumpers
And banging off the walls
Gonna run the score up so high
You'd think your ears are gonna pop
And we ain't never gonna tilt
Cause, baby, that's not the way we're built.

We're gonna pin, pin, pin, pin-bowlin' along
Doo doo doo doo, doo doo doo doo doo doo
Pin, pin, pin, pin-bowlin' along
Doo doo doo doo, doo doo doo doo doo doo
Pin-bowlin' along
Doo doo doo doo, doo doo doo doo doo doo
Pin-bowlin' along
Doo doo doo doo, doo doo doo doo doo doo
Pin-bowlin'
Yeah!

After a minute of running, Cyndaquil finally hit Chikorita, doing Chikorita severe damage. "Chikorita!" yelled Usuario while worried. "Well, time to finish this little battle once and for al-" She was interrupted when Chikorita was surrounded by a green aura. "Could it be?" asked Usuario to himself. "It can't be..." said Andrea to herself in a worried tone.

Chikorita had activated his ability, Overgrow! Chikorita jumped out really high, and to Usuario's surprise, he used Razor Leaf! It harshly hurt Cyndaquil, which left it pretty weak. "Chikorita, finish this with a Tackle!" Cyndaquil tried to do what Chikorita did before: Running. However, Overgrow made Chikorita faster, and Cyndaquil was hit, making Cyndaquil faint.

"Cyndaquil! Return! ..Ugh, you may have won this time, but I swear, the next time we battle, I'll win! I SWEAR!" yelled Andrea while she rushed out of New Bark Town. "Man. She changed ALOT," Usuario told himself. He then entered Elm's lab, and then he saw some Police officers in there. "So, I heard a girl stole a Cyndaquil," Usuario told Elm. "Well, how do you know? Did you fight her?" asked Elm.

Usuario's reply was: "Yes. Yes I did. And I have more useful information." Elm asked what it was, and then Usuario replied:
"Well, as a matter of fact, I do know that girl. Her name is Andrea. I know her from the Sinnoh region, and she's my classmate. On summer vacation, I come here to the Johto region. When I'm not on vacation, me and my mom go to a house at Jubilife City. Yes, we study at Jubilife City in the faraway Sinnoh Region. She's one of the populars on the classroom. I once had a crush on her, but then I noticed her selfish soul inside of her and I snapped out of it. For some reason, I started calling her a "Frierival" which meant she was my friend and my rival. However, now it gets me to think we're enemies again, as how she threated me. Oh, Mr. Pokemon told me to give you this egg."

Usuario gave the egg to Professor Elm, and at that time, he suggested that Usuario should go trough the Johto region to get all 8 Gym Leader badges and then challenge the Johto League. "Well, why not? I've nothing else to do this summer," replied Usuario. "Well, bye Professor Elm!" said Usuario while leaving the lab. He told his mom what he was going to do. Her mom let him do that, she gave him a badge case, and like every mother says to their child that's about to go on an adventure trough a region, she said, "Be careful!"

After saying bye to his mom, Usuario set on a journey to beat all 8 Johto Gym Leaders.
Chapter 2: show
Now, brief preview for the 2nd Chapter!
"Marill, use Tackle!" The wild pokemon was weakened alot. "Now's the time," said Lyra as she tossed a Pokéball at the wild pokemon.
"So, today I'll teach you about status ailments," said a teacher on the school. "There are 5 status ailments which are: Poison, Paralyze, Burn, Freeze and Sleep."
"??? use Gust!" The other pokemon was KO'd by that single Gust.
As Usuario got to the highest floor in the Sprout Tower, he directly noticed Andrea was battling the elder. "Cyndaquil, use Ember!" Andrea's Cyndaquil's Ember managed to OHKO the Elder's Bellsprout. "Give me that TM already," The Elder gave her the TM and she used an Escape Rope to go away.
"Hey, you! You're going to challenge the Gym Leader? Then, you'll have to beat me!" said Bird Keeper Abe when he sent out his first pokemon.
"???, use Quick Attack to avoid!" said Usuario. The tiny bird Pokémon managed to avoid the other pokemon's attack.

...That brief preview wasn't that brief.

"What?!" yelled Usuario as he saw a paper on the gym's door that said that it was closed at that moment. "Really? Now, what do I do?" A man heard him yell and asked him, "Why don't you go train to the Sprout Tower?" "What would I do th-" Usuario stopped talking when he saw Andrea entering Sprout Tower. "Thanks for the suggestion," said Usuario as he headed off to the Sprout Tower.
Inside, he noticed the central tower was shaking. He noticed that close to the tower, there was a note for people to know why it was shaking and that stuff. "Let's see...," said Usuario as he started reading. It is inhabited by monks who study diligently and teach that all living beings coexist through cooperation." "Well, kinda nice," said Usuario. The next thing he saw was a monk. Usuario read somewhere that Falkner, the Voilet City gym leader, used Flying-type Pokemon. Usuario wanted to train Pidgey pretty well, so he could do well against Falkner's strong Pokémon. "Pidgey, get ready." Usuario then approached the monk. "Hey, you want to battle? It will help us to coexist through cooperation." The Sage, called Nico, sent out his Bellsprout. "Go, Pidgey!" Pidgey came from behind Usuario. "Pidgey, use Gust!" Pidgey used Gust. Bellsprout, when it tried to run, tripped and was OHKO'd by a single Gust. "Bellsprout, come back." "Go, Bellsprout!" He sent another Bellsprout. Basically, the same happened, and he sent another Bellsprout. Again, the same happened. He continued, and saw another monk. Basically, all the monks on those floors had only Bellsprout. Usuario thought, "Wow. They want to finish off my PP for when I get to the last floor." He got almost to the last floor, and he fought a Sage with a Bellsprout. "Bellsprout, return," said Sage Troy after his Bellsprout was KO'd. "Go, Hoothoot!" He had sent out a Hoothoot! "Wow. Finally, something besides a Bellsprout," said Usuario. "Use Hypnosis!" said Troy. "Hold on! I remember what this move does!"
FLASHBACK START!
Usuario was watching TV on his room. He was watching a battle. It was a Shuckle against a Gengar. "Gengar, use Hypnosis!" Shuckle was too slow to avoid and he fell asleep. Shuckle couldn't wake up and eventually, Gengar won the match.
FLASHBACK END!
Usuario quickly reacted. "Pidgey! "Cyndaquil, use Ember!" Andrea's Cyndaquil's Ember managed to OHKO Elder Li's Bellsprout. "Give me that TM already." The Elder gave her the TM and she used an Escape Rope to get out of there quickly. "What a coward," said Usuario. "So, you must be the Elder." "Yes. Yes I am. I guess you're here to train, right? I'm your last objective. Now, show me what you've got!" Well, basically...He sent out a Bellsprout and Usuario did what he does best: Gust the Bellsprout. "Go, Hoothoot!" He sent out his Hoothoot. "Use Hypnosis!" Pidgey was in front of a mirror, and he avoided. The mirror deflected the attack. Hoothoot was hit, but it had no effect. "Seems Hoothoot has Insomnia. Pidgey, use Sand-Attack!" Pidgey used Sand-Attack, and that made Hoothoot unable to see. "Hoothoot, use Hypnosis!" Funnily, Hoothoot used Hypnosis on the Elder and he fell asleep. Basically, Pidgey spammed Quick Attack and he KO'd it.

Chikorita happily shook his head up and down, to say he was ready. Then, you'll have to beat me!" said Bird Keeper Abe when he sent out his Spearow. "Chikorita, get ready." Chikorita hopped into the front. "Chikorita, Razor Leaf!" Chikorita used Razor Leaf, but Spearow easily avoided. " Hah! You think you can beat me with that? Spearow, Fury Attack!" Spearow quickly rushed to Chikorita. "...I got it! Chikorita, do the same you did with that Fearow!" Chikorita used PoisonPowder, and that made Spearow stop.
It seems you have no fear, as you didn't take the Crystalline Path to avoid us," said Bird Keeper Rod.

"It's time," said Usuario. He noticed the platform both trainers were standing on was moving upwards, and that revealed a big Battlefield. "...Wow." Said Usuario. Chikorita was also amazed. "Anyways, Chikorita, go!" Chikorita got in front. Usuario knew that this could only mean danger: He's fighting a Flying-type Gym Leader. The same strategies won't work. "Go, Pidgey!" Falkner had sent out a Pidgey. "Pidgey, use Tackle!" Pidgey began the match with a Tackle.
"Chikorita, get ready..." Chikorita got ready for any kind of action. Pidgey got closer and closer to Chikorita..."Use PoisonPowder!" Pidgey tried to stop, but it was too late. He couldn't avoid the PoisonPowder. "Chikorita! Ugh, come back." Usuario returned Chikorita to his Pokéball. It seemed Falkner's Pidgey had won the round, but Poison finished it off. " Pidgey, return," said Falkner.
"Go, Pidgeotto!" Falkner had sent out his secret weapon: Pidgeotto. Pidgey, use Gust!" Pidgeotto was hurt by the Gust. It was too late. Pidgeotto released that Gust.
The dust finally cleared up and we got to Pidgeotto being KO'd.
Falkner said, "Good job, young trainer. You showed that with lots of effort, fighting and teamwork, you can always accomplish your goals. Here, I give you the Zephyr Badge!" Usuario grabbed the Zephyr Badge and happily yelled, "Yes! I got the Zephyr Badge!" Pidgey and Chikorita also jumped out of joy. "With this badge, you can use Rock Smash outside of battle. Oh, also take this," Falkner said as he gave Usuario the TM51, Roost. "Roost restores a Flying-type's health. However, it leaves you highly vulnerable to any attack." After getting the Badge, Usuario went to the Pokémon Center. After he finished healing his Pokémon, he asked the nurse, "Nurse Joy, so, I just got the Zephyr Badge, now where do I go?" Nurse Joy replied, "Well, you could go south directly to go to Azalea Town, or you could go to Route 36 to explore the Ruins of Alph first." "Thanks, Nurse Joy," said Usuario as he left to explore the Ruins of Alph. What surprises will await us on the next chapter? You'll find out soon!
Chapter 3: show
Anyways, Chapter 3 preview!
"Eh, nice. This place has that feeling...That adventurous feeling...," said Usuario when he was entering the Ruins of Alph.
"Chikorita, look! That Pokémon's being attacked by some Unown!" Usuario hadn't seen that Pokémon before, so he scanned it with his Pokédex.
"Use Tackle!" The mysterious pokemon dashed at Chikorita. "Chikorita, avoid!" Chikorita managed to do so.
It was so dark, they had to use a move to brighten up the way.
"Weird. I just entered Azalea Town, and the rain stops. And, what's with all the missing people outside the houses?" said Usuario.
"You're that criminal team that was stopped three years ago!" yelled Usuario loudly.
"Nice. A puzzle," said Usuario as he looked at the design of the Gym.
"Use Ember!" The Playful Pokémon tried to counter the other pokemon's U-Turn with an Ember, and it managed to work.

Part 1: The Ruins of Alph!
On real-life time, Usuario gives the narrator a rest.
"Now, back to the story, with me as the narrator," says Usuario.

Lots of questions lurked on my mind. What challenges awaited me? Will they ever repair what I accidentally broke at Sprout Tower? And why had Andrea been there? She was one of the best students in the classroom. Without knowing the answer to any of those questions, I continued. After some walking, I reached Route 36. A man approached to me. "Hello, little guy! What are you doing around here? Just to let you know, the path to Ecruteak City is blocked by a weird tree," said the man. "I don't need to go to Ecruteak City right now. Possibly later. I want to go to the Ruins of Alph," I said. "Go there, little guy," said the old man while he pointed at the Ruins of Alph. I ran to the Ruins and yelled to the man "Thank you!" I entered the Ruins of Alph shortly after.
I looked around the placed. It looked...Ruiny. "Eh, nice. This place has that feeling...That adventurous feeling...," I said.
He replied, "The Unown are Pokemon. It had nothing on it. "Well, I'm out of here. Random researcher is out. Peace!" He said as he climbed up the stairs. I looked at the Unown Report, knowing that I would have more with the Unown than just researching them...

A few things to say

1-If you don't like Pokemon, you won't like this story. I don't like Pokemon, so it's like a homework assignment to read this.

2-If your intention was to teach people about Pokemon, you're sure not grabbing my interest. It's very dialogue heavy and like a training video, chapter 2 part 1 is. In fact, there is a whole lot of dialogue throughout the story, and NO SPACING, so I can't tell where it is. Here's how you do it.

Story edited better, and HALE NO I am not your new editor wrote:"So, if I already know how to capture Pokémon, why don't I capture one?" thought Usuario. He started walking on tall grass, and then, a Pidgey popped out. Usuario's Chikorita got ready.

"Chikorita, use Tackle!" Chikorita dashed at the Pidgey.

*Shake*...*Shake*...*Shake*...*Sparkle!*

Much better. Zunar, take note.

3- MORE LEARNING. Dude, you're trying to entertain us, not teach us. This isn't even fun teaching, it's just handbook teaching!

4-Your writing style is really uncreative. It's Writing 101. The fight scene between Fearow and Chikitora is very evident of this.

5- EFFORT AHOY! That's the best part of the story. While it feels so rushed, you put a lot of effort into it. There's so much!

There's so MUCH. :o.o:

I feel that this makes the rest of the story unreadable. I don't really want to read it, I may later. NOW AFTER THIS YOU HAD BETTER REVIEW LEGACY.

Overall: Your heart is in the right place, however, your skills don't show in Chapter 2.

D :( Sorry.
