Seems understandable. I've gone against some inexperienced people before on there. The worst behavior I've seen was someone who had self-loathing which sorta reminded me of what I'm like.

Pardon my double post. I have some concerns I've shared on Facebook and feel the need to share them here as well.
They're very long, so if you don't want to read a lot of words, don't bother.

I've told quite a few friends (mostly runouw friends) about this so I might as well get it off my chest already.

I'm transgender, and plan to start the process very, very soon. Male to female if you're curious. Been like this since 5 years now.

If you don't mind I prefer being referred to as a she (unless if you don't want to then whatever, I don't mind I guess).

edit: no I am not the kind of person to post april fools ♥♥♥♥ on serious discussion

Harmless, that's deep, but I'm not gonna judge. I can tell you're a very nice person from your activity here on the forums. Anyone who says otherwise is just a terrible person.

Lemme just say that recently I have felt that the community ignores me,that they all just hate me. Well,I realized that's not true. Sure,I ♥♥♥♥ up a lot on the forums and ♥♥♥♥ up a lot on discord and ♥♥♥♥ up in general because I'm a bit new and sometimes just ♥♥♥♥,but I feel that this community does need to reach out more to some people. It may just take time, but I've grown to feel accepted a bit in the community. So I'm glad this place is here to support me in life.

I agree with every single thing on the following quote, and I understand how Amp,Veso, and PY feel.

They weren't being harsh. They were doing their job.

I saw his post, and I was shocked. I was under the impression that he moved on, like when PW posted that he beat Earthbound (and this was after his ban), I thought he had dealt with the situation and moved on with his life. Sigh...I guess not.

I FEEL LIKE ACTUALLY KILLING MYSELF!

You're not the only one going through these feelings. I'm socially awkward. I can't express my thoughts very well sometimes. I screwed up with talking to a girl or two. I nearly failed Driver's Ed in school. Then I look at my peers who have a nice car and a hot date, and god almighty I feel jealous and depressed. I don't have A's in my classes right now. I have literally stressed out so much about it and have broken into tears about these things. I've gone through enough with being in a behavior class starting in 5th grade, taking medication to keep me focused, being behind everyone else academically, and being picked on when playing Super Smash Bros Brawl. I have actually stabbed myself in the arm with a sharp object over those things. A permaban can't even compare to that.
Meanwhile, people in France are suffering from an ISIS attack. You are not the only struggling with life, pal.

Okay, I need to chill out now. Geez.

You maybe don't know the entirety of PY's story. MP3 was simply a little sarcastic (she's one of the nicest mod here), and Veso sometimes has a leaning to take such trolling messages seriously. Also, you've already read Doram's PM, right?

Thank you, FF.

Nan's sig! From the previous Secret Santa event!: show
Rating standards: show
1 star: (0 - 5.75 in LDC) These levels need a lot of work. They're totally un-elaborated, and/or inherently flawed due to things like cutoff or enemy spam, or they're untested and there are too many bugs gameplay-wise, in short: Many many things went wrong in such a level.

2 stars: (6 - 9.75) These levels are not terrible, but poor. They're too short, lack scenery or they have errors and/or bugs but it's still barely enjoyable. Again, spend more effort and try to do better. (if it's your first level that I rate two stars, it's not bad. There's a long way you can still go)

3 stars: (10 - 12.75) These levels are about mediocre. They may be still a little bit short, the gameplay is fine but not very original and graphics are also solid, but not breath-taking. Try to keep improving!

4 stars: (13 - 15) These levels are nice, but not the best. Effort has been put into them, there can some professionality be seen in gameplay and graphics, they're a nice experience to play, but there are still things you can do to make it even better. Try to go the extra mile!

5 stars: (15.25 - 20) These are really great levels, those which, as said, I would give more than 15 in an LDC. These suffice many high requirements, and it already goes into subtleties if you want to make them better. These levels are successful all around. Bravo.

These are just general principles I try to follow when rating. Sometimes I don't leave a further comment when rating, most times I do, if you have questions about it, feel free to ask further.

Actually no,I relate to everything each of them are saying. I have gone through similar problems as Veso and feel the same way as Amp and PY. This led to me starting my life here on runouw.com. All my levels sucked,so I eventually went inactive until mid-Febuary,when I returned due to strong suggestion of a friend I had. (more like "THE friend I had") I saw the score of the "Level 1-6" I submitted in the Runolympics and took a huge effort to stay involved with the community. I feel accepted here, and now I feel nothing like what Veso described anymore. There are great people here like Shroom,Doram,Harmless, and etc. Soon, those other feelings I have will diminish away as well.

What do you mean that's deep? Do you not agree with it or anything? Sorry, I'm just a little confused, that's all.

It's just that it's probably really hard for you to tell everyone on this site that, like it came from the bottom of your heart. It's not that I don't agree, but the expression,"this is deep" can mean it's very serious, philosophical,or it can mean a lot to a person.

Ooh, right. Thanks for clarifying. Though it was more so me just thinking "I might as well just tell everyone so I don't have to do it a year later" than something I desperately needed to say. It's definitely a big thing for me, but it's not something I've necessarily been worrying about. If I were to worry about anything it would be either how long it would take or how much money I would need to save (which also falls with the former).

Yeah, I can't tell sometimes if someone is serious or joking. Just proves how socially awkward I am :<
I also tend to feel VERY sympathetic with people struggling
