Everybody needs some cheering up sometimes...
I'm stickying a topic for this because we now have a bunch of wonderful threads to enjoy in this topic, so, I'll put everything I found, and if you see more, feel free to post it here. Awww, the good news topic. Does anybody sometimes look for good news that could be posted there?
It's really striking that the daily news in the media become more and more terrible and terrifying. Good news are rather like longer-lasting progresses, e.g. trying to reduce hunger or corruption worldwide. There are some stuff that makes you feel happy (e.g. sportive events), but that doesn't really count as good news for all of us.
