Aw, I was going to enter but then got too bogged down with stuff and didn't realize the deadline was so soon! Oh well.

That's really cool OJ, I mean that. Basically I don't really want pity and winning isn't the only goal- I haven't written in months and I am pretty discombobulated with words and what have you after the surgery so my confidence in writing is at an all time low. If people sincerely think my writing is still any good, it's some validation that I can still do this

Oh neat, thanks guys, and congrats to everyone who gave it a shot (for once the story contest wasn't lame with only two people, haha). There's a lot of strong contenders here and it'd be a shame if one (very informal) contest convinced anyone that it wasn't worth doing. <3

Now let's see if we can get this many entrants next time too, heh.
