Oh, randimg is allowed just fine, but it has been broken for a while... Hey! I could finally fix it. Thanks for the idea!

EDIT: No, actually I fixed that a while ago (and I should probably update it, since I have a more elegant solution now), but it turns out you need to use the file numbers from the downloads directory, as shown in the BBCodes List. Although, a new addition (since I was playing around) is a random smilie code [randsmilie][/randsmilie]:
