Halloween Mini LDC: Unfinished Level contest

I'll fancy this up a bit more in a day or so, but for now, I wish to post this quickly.


There has been some demand for another unfinished level contest, so after nearly three years, here is one again! You have the following level template to work with, complete with multiple sections, settings and obstacles sprawled across the landscape. It is up to you to fill in the blanks and make it a complete level, but how you get to the final stage is entirely up to you.

(Beware that it will stretch the screen due to the Halloween template's limitations)


YOU MAY NOT:
- Move, delete or tweak any tiles or items already in the template. Anytime you do so, you will receive a scoring penalty, and the entry may be disqualified altogether if it tampers with the level too much. This includes messing with the settings on moving blocks/platforms or disabling/enabling items.
- Build the level to avoid using the areas already set up. The point is to complete the level, not avoid it; doing so will also result in a scoring penalty, and may result in disqualification if severe.
- Adjust the dimensions beyond the current state.
- Submit more than one level
- Move Mario's starting position


YOU MAY/SHOULD:
- Change the music, background and name
- Add anything you would like, including more enemies, obstacles, level transitions, signs, and just about everything in between.
- Add more tiles / items to the areas already set up (as long as you don't remove anything pre-placed)
- Set up the level flow however you'd like. The shine's placement, as well as any pipes, doors, red coins and silver stars, are entirely up to you.
- Be original! Try to stick with a Halloween based theme, but be open-ended about it. Krazy's level in the 5th LDC won partially because of being so different, after all.

Judges:
I will be a judge, and have no idea who else will do so (if anyone at all). PM if interested.

Deadline:
Sunday, November 4th Friday, November 9th at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (GMT -8). Deadline has been extended due to a lack of entries. Not doing so again; either MP3 wins automatically for being the only one to enter, or the contest is simply cancelled.

Cool! More than likely i'll enter this LDC.. Since I don't have time to start from scratch in other levels. (Plus, when I do have time, I prefer working on my own game, Chrono Harmony.)
